We love this place and routinely come here for gallons of tea. But twice now recently we’ve received the wrong type of tea. First we ordered unsweetened watermelon and got sweet. Today we got… well, not even sure what it is. Mango maybe? Instead of the watermelon we ordered. They need to fix this. You can’t taste test gallons.

Best TEA. If you’ve never been and enjoy a good iced tea, this is the place. There are many teas to choose from. Infact, There are little 2 or 3 oz sample cups to ….sample before you buy. My favorite is the ginger peach w a splash of mint. So refreshing,and option of sweetened or unsweetened and stevia packets. May add fresh fruit (extra i believe) Best time to Go and so worth it is happy hour 2-4 each day. They have other offerings like yeti, buy their tea for a diy, water, snacks. NOW GO GET YOUR GULP ON.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that the chips I ordered from HTeaO had visible mold on them when I opened the bag. It was honestly really disappointing and kind of alarming, especially since I’ve always had good experiences with your drinks. I’m not sure if it was a storage issue or an expired batch, but I hope this gets looked into so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Definitely not what I expected when I placed my order.

I paid a visit due to getting a free large tea in the mail. It was my first time coming, so I went through the drive through to look through their menu.
The gentleman on the other end suggested I come in to sample the teas so that I know exactly what I would want. I agreed and went around the front to go in.
The inside was super clean with rows of different tea to choose from! I was given freedom to sample any teas I wanted with the small sample cups. Once I chose my tea, I got to fill it and choose any extra fruits to go with it if I wanted. I could also mix and match teas!
The staff was super friendly, and the tea was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! For the price, this is where I would go if I wanted fresh tea.
