Darn good place to grab a bite. Small and quaint, yet big on the vegan grub. Onion rings a little greasy, yet good and the #1 is berry delish. Rare to find hibiscus made in-house beverage at most joints. It’s here and refreshing. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and warm ambience. Parking around, yet tight depending on rush hour. Overall, a delightful spot to patronize for continuing to have eat out options and support mom and pop style plant- based businesses.

They sold me on the online menu when I saw ‘bulgogi fries’ listed as an item. Be warned, these fries are not ‘bulgogi’ in any way. It’s just chunks of the veggie burger mixed with queso and Sriracha. How that’s related to Korean bulgogi…I have no idea.
The burger itself was bland and the bun was dry. The fries had no flavor to them.
We had to wait for quite sometime for the cashier/waitress to even acknowledge us and take the order. It was a slight struggle since she didn’t seem to speak English.

I’m a regular at Vegan avenue. Came across the fact that the owner has this restaurant as well- was “in the neighborhood “- so had to try.
Got the chickpea sandwich and vegan Mac and cheese. Ate everything on my plate and left w my delicious dragon fruit lemonade. Thank you for contributing to the vegan community!!!! Love everything I eat at your restaurants!

I have ate at Kind Burgers multiple times. The atmosphere is great. Quiet place where you can easily have a conversation with your party. The restaurant is very clean including the bathrooms. The food is great. I have tried the burgers, asada fries, quesabirrias, and the salads nothing has disappointed. Everything has tasted great. Even my husband that does eat meat liked and enjoyed the food. Definitely a must try if you eat plant based or vegetarian and even if you’re not it’s worth a try.

So we decided to try something different. Read the reviews where the pictures and the food didn’t match. Let’s be honest, if that were the case most of the restaurants that are open would cease to exist.
The food was flavorful, I had the wings with buffalo sauce. They were some of the best I have eaten. I only was able to eat 5 of the 6, with the side of jalapeno mac n cheese I ordered. It was cheesy and flavorful. Nothing was lacking taste. For being vegan food I could honestly see myself and family making this a regular spot in our eating routine.
The gentleman working the counter was very attentive and we did not wait to be helped. The music was not blasting out loud and he was very helpful when we were asking questions about the menu. Do yourself a favor and try Kind Burgers. You will not be disappointed.

This place is legit good!!! I came here because I’m gluten free (everything is gluten free as well as vegan) and food presentation was top notch and the flavor matched. Don’t let the location or the outside of the building fool you, the inside is clean and inviting. The food is also very affordable.
Would definitely recommend even if you’re not vegan (I’m not). I enjoyed my meal.

Amazing comfort food! We risked our lives biking from the Mission Hike and Bike trail to the restaurant and got attacked by a dog, but the food was totally worth it. Their chick’n & waffles dish is so nice, with the best vegan chicken we ever had, a fluffy waffle and fresh fruits. It paired well with their dragonfruit lemonade. Their chickpea tuna sandwich was very well done with great flavours making it a hearty and enjoyable lunch. We ended up ordering takeaway for dinner because we wanted to try more of their food. The sunshine burger had so much going on (bacon, egg, patty) that is was a bit too much and too salty. The cauliflower hash brown on the side was better than expected, it tastes just like potato! The chick’n Caesar salad was tasty and packed with goodies. Plenty of fresh veggies and tasty dressing. The chicken patty on top was the same as with the waffle dish which we were thrilled about. We ordered an extra patty for on the side. Lastly, the Special tacos were very well done! We tried the Asada, the Carnitas, and the Baja taco. They are on the spicy side but the flavours are very well balanced. Overall, a delicious and savory choice! Definitely stop by this cute restaurant to try their dishes, but come by car as the area is a bit sketchy (or order takeaway).

Got the po’ boy and the fried mushrooms were SO GOOD! However, the bread for the sandwich was sad… looked styrofoamy and was tough to chew. Literally everything about the sandwich was perfect except the bread. The fries were good and they give a pretty good portion. The drink was also good and they were very nice. Just wish the bread for this sandwich was good.

I loved this spot. Very unsuspecting on the outside but a chill feel inside. I was totally suprised at the number of options. Everything looked amazing. The flavors were great on just about everything. The mac and cheese wasn’t my favorite but everything else hit! That Lavender Lemonade was delicious. If you are vegan or vegan friendly I feel they are a must.
