Finding The Force
We had a very nice experience that is typical for the McDonald’s restaurant chain. All the staff were friendly and had a nice appearance. The food was warm and well prepared. Very well stocked with condiments. Great location in the Roseville Galleria Mall.

The lady who claimed to be the manager was rude & lacking customer service. When I asked for a refill she said I have to fall in line because she doesn’t have the registrar. She could have nicely said to please fall in line. She could use some smile & shows that she likes what she’s doing.

It’s about 30-45 minutes until closing and I wait in line for about 15 minutes being third in line. This is unacceptable.
When I finally got to the register, the cashier walks away without getting to address some matter in the back. The cashier returns a few minutes late and advised they only had 3 items left (quarter pounder meat, spicy mcchicken patty and fish filet patty). The listed and posted closing time was 9pm. There were 3 other customers behind me. A restaurant should maintain the full menu up to the closing time.
I ended up walking away without making a purchase. I lost about 20 minutes standing in line.

They claim to be “closed” on their app just so they don’t have to honor the cheaper prices/deals, like $1 drinks. Their 100% open here in person since I just ordered here. Don’t come to this location if you want to be paying the reasonable prices McDonald’s is known for. I think I’ll send a email to McDonald’s them selves, for this one

This is the worst McD I’ve ever been to. Asked for a fresh batch of fries (that just came out) and the lady back there gave the first one itself which was hardly warm. I wish McD realizes this worst management/ppl here and fix it.

Just rebuilt, looks good but they put the old soda machines instead of the new multi choice, sad because not everyone can drink soda or sugar, such little choice for those of us! AND they raised all there prices, except for the soda and well not going there anymore.
