I always enjoy my visits to Subway in Countryside. I would like to give a big shout out to Juana. She’s very patient and provides great customer service. Today, I went to get a fresh footlong when I noticed a construction worker ordering 6 footlongs. Even with big orders, she has dedication and great pace. We always enjoy watching her dedication making every footlong. Even if she is busy working she makes time to make customers feel welcome by having short conversations. We wish we could see more employees like her. By the way, she always remembers your favorite orders. She makes the BEST pizza !!!!! Last but not least, the owner is AMAZING! He owns another Subway at Western Springs. If there was a Subway competition in town, I would advise the owner to have Juana. She will make them win the Sub Contest. 🙂 Loyal customer for years.

. I visited your Subway location around 8:30 PM on August 6, 2025, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. An older Mexican woman working at the time spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. She told me I needed to hurry up with my sandwich order because she had to close in half an hour.
I responded by saying that I’ve always appreciated this location because the owner truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his business — which is why I choose to shop here. She replied dismissively, saying she didn’t care if I told the owner and pointed out that there are cameras he can check.
I’m sharing this feedback because I believe in supporting businesses that value customer service. This interaction didn’t reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from this store.

Sandwich was good, but not what I had ordered. Couldn’t see what was being made since Subway has the meat/cheese section covered now, so I just ate it.
4-5 ladies working but only 1 knew how to work the register and prepare the subs. Seemed as if everyone else was a trainee, slowing down the line of customers.

Language was a barrier ordering lunch, the order taker didn’t understand English well, but we completed the order correctly. The place was pretty dirty, even though someone was cleaning while I was there.

The girl messed up our order. They have the window block ao you can see what’s being put on. In the meat section. The paper on the window said #6 was the Italian sub and that’s what I ordered. They gave me the meatball. If they were confused they ahould of asked. Called to complain and they hung up on me. Another time first time using app they were clueless. I will not go here again!
