Customer service skills need to be worked on when greeting people (if you don’t like your job find a new one) hash browns are always broken thrown into the bag with breakfast very sloppy looking . Less coffee and more cold foam in cup .

Excelent service….donuts used to be terrible until….MIGUEL STARTED MAKING THEM…HE IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO THIS PLACE…THE DONUTS ARE ALWSYS FRESH AND BAKED JUST RIGHT..ALSO THE MAMAGER JASON IS TOPS HE MAKES SHOULD EVERY THING IS PERFECT…coffee is always fresh…..I’m a good customer everyday some times twice….some of the kids are slow on drivethru….but otherwise this place ROCKS

Every time I think maybe they’ve improved and I try this Dunkin I’m left so disappointed. My wraps weren’t even cooked they were just put together cold and thrown in the bag!

This was my go to dunkin because my order was always correct and service was quick and efficient. However, the past month or so my orders have been wrong, bagels saturated in butter After asking for a little butter, coffees not done the way I ordered, and just overall the quality of service has declined. Not sure what happened but after the 5th time of my order being a mess I’ve started going to another Dunkin’ for the simple fact that I waste more time going back to get it corrected.

On more than one occasion, only one person ahead in line at the drive through and it takes over 10 minutes to provide service.

The absolute worst dunkin in suffolk county. I’ve been working near this location for 8 years. Nothings changed. I drive out of my way to get dunkin somedays just to avoid this location. Should be shut down!!!!!
