I had a great experience at this café! The space is very clean, well organized, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly! My order was prepared quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

Had the iced lucky matcha which was so bitter, service should consider adding sweetener next time.
Spicy Salmon Bahn Bi tasted great with the sauce though.

The soup plus half pizza is a fun deal for $9.99. The pizza is about 10-11 inches in diameter. The crust was really good and not as soon as I would’ve liked all around, but the inside middle was very thin and crispy and chewy, but the outside crust is very thick and I wished that the cross didn’t have so much dough and more pizza and thinner. The pesto pizza was too soggy so the cost no longer had that chewing us, but the mushroom pizza was very good. The vegetable soup that they had today on February 7, 2025 was very good even for a vegetable soup. I would say it’s kind of pricey for half a small pizza and a soup but it’s still a fun meal that you don’t have to cook and clean after on a Friday afternoon. Parking on the meter so watch out for your car if you’re parked here because you’ll get a ticket. The upper east side has a lot of food and it’s a nice quiet residential area so enjoy. The staff were very sweet and kind! The guy and the girl…:helpful. You just to sample the dessert too.

Best kosher French patisserie you will get in nyc. Croissants by themselves are ok. Not great. So I got a sandwich. Then it’s great! They did close many other locations ; hard to compete with real French ones like boulud

It’s always an amazing and pleasant experience to come to Paty’s. I’m always very well attended to and get to enjoy the most delicious treats that French pâtisserie has to offer.

The coffee was all right and I liked the containers, but the service could really improve. The cashier didn’t seem very polite or attentive — kind of distracted, honestly. I ordered some pastries and she completely forgot about them until I made a look and another employee noticed. It wasn’t even busy; we were there with two other people, so definitely not rush hour.
When I finally got the pastries, they were cold. I asked to have them warmed up, and they were much better that way. The place itself looked dirty — food on the floor, old drinks left on tables.

I cannot rave enough about these pastries. I can however rave about the absolute gems of humans behind the counter. We tried the Pastrami Lox Croissant and the tomato tart. They had sold out of plain croissants for the day so I opted to put it on White Country Bread. Eeeeeexcellent choice. The tomato tart was flaky, buttery, and had the most melt worthy tomatoes. Coming back for the olive bread and a loaf for that country bread. Thanks everyone!

Stopped in for a quick bite & had some wonderful potato leek soup and surprise slices of delicious hearty bread. All at a very reasonable price. Great service and nice decor as well. So glad you re-opened here on the upper eastside.
