Called after going through the drive through because they gave me the wrong meal and I kept having to ask for missing items at the windows while the person arguing me what I was missing. When I called about the wrong meal that my husband allergic too since they add cabbage.. person that took my order needs to retrained since they cant take orders or not taking orders at all. Wrong whole meal and missing items. Ordered 10 tortillas got 2 and missing queso. They offered me 50% off my next meal. No thank you. U should be offering me a whole new meal.. I spent $37 dollars and you messed up my whole dinner. You think I’m coming back to experience that again. NO!! Manager I spoke to Vennessa Do better. !!!
Based off the other reviews and my experience. The whole team at this location needs to be cleaned out and new staff needs to be hired that actually care about there jobs and cooking food and taking orders . N actually want to have customers service.

The customer service was totally crap. Totally rude and unprofessional. I didn’t catch the teabaggers name but …. Holy moly. I will never go back there. My entire meal tasted burnt , not sure if it was the rice or the chicken but it was disgusting . Also no eating utensils and no napkins given. Paid 31 bucks for 2 meals that I couldn’t even swallow…. Coming from me that is SHOCKING!!! Will never go to this place again! Lessons learned

Today i ordered a Chicken Avocado bowl. Everything floated in the “canned bean” juice. The chicken was soarce and tiny hard pieces. There was a tiny amount of salsas in the provided cup. The bowl was served lukewarm in spots and cold in other areas. There were about 5 other diners and no one in drive through, so being busy is not an excuse. I picked at it but ended up throwing it out.

I asked for dark meat. This is not dark meat. It’s not even noted on the order receipt. I called the manager and he said he watched the order being made and it was dark meat. I am not stupid. If this is dark meat, it’s the driest dark meat ever. When I picked up the order and saw it, I asked if it was dark because I could tell it wasn’t just by looking at it. I will go to corporate to have them correct the problem.

Food counter, table and soda area were sticky and greasy. No one was attentive nor present at the food counter (other than 2 electronic ordering stations). Didn’t expect el pollo loco I remembered from my childhood in Mexico, but the chicken breast and wings were dry, had an unappealing look and were borderline inedible. Won’t be returning to this, nor any other Pollo Loco.

I got a double avacado chicken salad with no fresco. Said allergic to onions. Asked for an additional dressing for the chips since I can’t have salsa. Got my meal, drove to hotel to check in. No dressing at all for the salad and 4 salsas??? Thx for the waste of money!

Arrived at 8:30pm. Everyone was busy so we used the kiosks to order. Placed our order and found a seat. When the order was ready I picked it up while my wife sat. Her nachos were supposed to have shredded chicken on them not grilled chicken. When I brought it to attention of staff I was told they were out of shredded chicken and sorry. Offered to refund or make something different. I requested to refund the whole entire order as I was not going to eat without my wife. Manager said he could only refund the nachos but not my order. As he realized my dissatisfaction in my tone and demeanor all while being polite, he all of sudden offered for us to wait 3-5 minutes and he could provide shredded chicken for her nachos. That really upset me, you were out and making zero attempt to provide the order correctly but now you can do it. My wife and I decided to just leave and go elsewhere. El Polo Loco can keep the $32.00 and food as they made it apparent they were not interested in the satisfaction of their paying guests.
