This newly opened restaurant is going to be a favorite place for a lot of people. We opted for the chef tasting menu and were very impressed! The yam dish really stole the show for me, a perfect dish in so many ways! Our server was very nice but a bit unfamiliar with the menu. Although, he did suggest an amazing wine that went so well with everything. The manager Alex was present and checked in on us at just the right moments. We felt like VIP guests!! Thank you 🙂

This place has potential, but is not ready to host large events. They threw a Bad Bunny halftime show event for the Super Bowl but it was clear from the beginning how unorganized and unprepared they were for the amount of people they let it. They only had 3 TVs for the whole place, it took more than 30 minutes to get drinks and even longer for food. When the halftime show started, one small TV was a whole minute behind and sound was drowned out by the audio from the other TV or whatever surround sound they had on. It really ruined the experience for a lot of us. If you’re going to throw a halftime show party for a historic event by, you need to figure out the basics first.

Had to grab dinner once the pop-up food cart for Kees Loaded Kitchen was announced.

Staff was friendly and the dining room was comfortable. We had great service.

The food was AMAZING. Big portions and well seasoned. Can’t wait to come back when Kees is invited back.

We came to Portland for weekend from San Jose, California. We wish SJ has such a great places like La Neta! Interior, service and food are just awesome! Oysters look like a baby oysters but very tasty, charred octopus, guacamole, seafood cocktail and desserts (Orange Flan and Cinnamon ice cream) were so delicious! We highly recommend La Neta! Our waitress (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was acting like she is our good friend!

Fresh, hip and delicious! The Hoxton and La Neta do not disappoint! I was blown away by the blend of traditional Mexican flavors with a slight contemporary twist. Unpretentious, easy and awesome! Can’t wait to go back! The huevos rancheros and steak fajitas are incredible! Great drinks and three perfect dessert options! Ordered them all. Ate them all! No regrets! Next time we are hitting the rooftop bar with friends! Le Neta for the win!

Food was a little bit too salty but the presentation was beautiful. The gin cocktails will be calling me back regularly. Service was lovely. Amazing atmosphere, good vibes!

We went to a SoFar event in the lounge which was closed to the public. Such a comfy, cozy, chic hotel. They have chairs and couches in addition to bar chairs with tables and chairs throughout. The plants added to the warmth and coziness. We didn’t eat. The bartender was overwhelmed but he dealt with it professionally. I heard they have a rooftop bar too!!! We’ll have to go back and check it out.

It was a Saturday night and didn’t want to drive around Portland. Went here while staying in the hotel. There was only one other party in the restaurant, which was surprising given it was a Saturday night.

The server was very friendly but forgot to order some of our food. They also served a terrible drink to our table. The server also acknowledged that it wasn’t very good when serving it so I was confused why they even thought to bring it to our table.

Also, got breakfast here in the morning at the coffee shop. It took over 45 minutes for the ricotta toast and acai bowl. I paid for it to be delivered to the room & since it took so long, I ended up coming down and grabbing it and leaving. They said they were waiting for the peaches… the peaches were AWFUL. It was like chomping on rocks. It would’ve been better without it…. & without waiting that long without telling me it was going to take that long.

2 stars since the salmon was deserving of 5 stars.

Amazing modern vintage vibes! Bar tender was very nice, but easily distracted and disappeared for 20min.

Cute drink selections, primarily gins and vodka.

We were walking out of the hotel when I noticed this cute little spot. I didn’t get her name but she was up front and I asked her if I could go in to take a look inside (cause the place was so beautiful) she said of course and we ended up sitting down and staying for cocktails. The decor is beautiful. We only had cocktails this time but will definitely be back to try some food.
