After multiple times ordering, food is always either over cooked or undercooked. If you decide to call and complain, the manager won’t acknowledge your complaint, her first move will be explaining how your complaint isn’t possible. Then they’ll proceed to explain you either have to wait for it to be made again (forcing you to deal with DoorDash drivers texting you demanding tips) or you’ll get a free item on another day. Nonrefundable. Don’t even think about getting your money back. The attitude is actually impressive. Hiw can somebody treat customers so poorly and still have a job? Or at least THAT job? If you outwardly hate customers/complaints, then don’t be a night manager at a pizza place who are terrible at making the food. I posted a picture of a recent comparing the first delivered item amd it’s replacement. Again. The VERY FIRST THING she tried to do was explain to me how it “isn’t really possible to overcook”. Her awful service alone is why I’ll never come back. The untrained pizza cooks are a close 2nd

I could not taste any ingredients on the pizza. Each slice only had two small pieces of sausage on it. Had a hard time finding the mushrooms. The cheese barely covered the pizza and the crust was 2 inches into the pie. I am in disbelief, just how poorly the restaurants are treating their customers. I won’t ever order there again. After this, I’m contemplating on not eating out much!! Why??? you’re overpaying, overpriced food, bad quality, small portions and sometimes the food is very old. I’m off topic. The pizza was very fresh, but I couldn’t taste the ingredients.

This store has really fallen off. Wait times are Little Caesars slow for double the price. The sole employee in the store is completely oblivious and unapologetic. Zero respect for his work and it shows. With all the options Vegas has to offer, Papa John’s should at least attempt to try better.

Just poorly run. The employees are too busy talking and playing around to do their jobs. I waited for 15 minutes and then they told me they forgot to make one of my pies so I had to wait another 15 minutes. They just don’t care about doing their job. You’re better off getting a frozen pizza. The quality is the same but it’ll be faster.

Papa Johns used to be my absolute favorite pizza place growing up and for most of my adult life. But unfortunately, things have changed in the past few years.
We recently decided to try their new garlic stuffed crust pizza. Let me tell you, it was a bit undercooked and soggy. But hey, it actually tasted better the next day when we reheated it in our oven for leftovers. It seems like they did not cook it all the way through, and this has been our experience for the last 3-4 times of going there. Always soggy pizza.
I mean, don’t get me wrong, their garlic dipping butter is still a major selling point. But let’s be real, that alone isn’t enough to keep me coming back when the main attraction is just subpar.
I did take out every time so I can’t speak on service or ambience really.
I think I’ll pass on this place from now on. The quality just isn’t up to par anymore, sadly.

The worst pizza I have ever had. The delivery timing was great, the delivery guy was great and very polite, however the pizza was horrible. I ordered Hawaiian. When I got it the cheese was cold, the Canadian bacon was dry and tasted like rubber. Overall it was disgusting. I Will never ever order Papa John’s again. I’m sorry for the bad review but I paid $25 plus $4 tip and I ended up throwing the pizza away. I only ate two slices and that’s because I was starving. The rest went into the can.

Ordered pizza and wings from this location, which I even tip fairly well and tonight my order was delivered to me, but the delivery driver dropped my wings on the ground and tried to give them to me after he scooped them up off the ground, and I refused to take them.
When I called the manager he gave me an attitude after I told him I was willing to come pick up the wings since it is down the street.
I worked as a delivery driver and was a manager before and this is a poor way of handling any customer service.
The manager refused to make another order of wings and gave me an attitude like it was my fault.
This establishment lost me as a customer at this location.
