Only place I go for my lunch pizza. Always hot and fresh and really fast. The lady and young man that are always working alone in the kitchen in the afternoon do a great job handling things even when they are busy and they are very fast so I get my food in time for my break.

Very disappointing to have less than 10 pepperoni on a pizza when you spend a large amount on. Extra cheese is $2 and I asked for on all 3 in the pizza box and it doesn’t even appear to have enough to come to edges of pizza. I do not recommend nor will I order from again. It’s a shame bc they are local but I’m not ordering from somewhere that skimps on ingredients and gives a finished product that looks like it was regurgitated back in the box and served up.

I ordered the Triple Treat Box yesterday 12/9 Order #10029215. I got the Tavern style. One cheese, one with chicken, cinna stix and bread sticks. When we received the order, the pizza was everywhere. Burnt, hard as a rock, nasty in every aspect. Cold. I’m not sure what happened but i’ve never had a worse experience at a Pizza Hut location. It was a Monday night so you couldn’t have been that busy. I contacted customer service, although they did offer to give me 2 free pizzas. I declined and wanted my money back. After what was received, I have little to no faith for the next order. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and the only decent thing was the cinna stix. Please please do some retraining of your staff

We had a negative experience here before with their cinnabuns being seemingly underdone, but today we decided to try again…and that will be the last time. I ordered a pepperoni P’zone and there was maybe a 1/4 cup of cheese on the entire thing, the rest was just chunks of greasy, flavorless dough. Even the marinara they included was as thin as water and weirdly sweet. I gave it two stars only because the pizza we ordered wasn’t bad, although it wasn’t anything special either. I’ll make a frozen pizza before I eat anything from here again.

So I enjoyed my food the past couple of times I’ve had delivery. My only issue is the drivers, both that I have had, just seem so unhappy. I tip 20% on a 40 plus dollar order and they look and act like I have not given them anything. I double checked the receipt this time and it says the tip amount. Are my drivers not looking? I myself work for tips and always have a pleasant disposition when talking with customers. I just don’t get it. I tip so drivers are happy to deliver to me. If they cannot at least fake it I will keep my money in the future. Thanks for listening to me rant.
