Very friendly staff. Food was not bad, just not really the way I like it. Crab rangoons were mostly just cream cheese and I wasn’t a fan of the dipping sauce, the chicken in the general tsos was soggy, the wonton soup was decent! Overall, not my favorite, but I’d eat here again.

The food was tasteless. We ordered steam dumplings, wonton soup, house special fried rice and sesame chicken. The wonton soup and dumplings were not edible. No flavor, very hard/thick outer shell. No flavor in the dumpling meat at all, looked freezer burnt. Fried rice was bright yellow?, no seasoning at all and not one vegetable, no carrots or peas or egg. Sesame Chicken looked exactly like Generals Tsos without the heat. Would definitely not recommend this place. Completely disappointing and a waste pf money.

Solid neighborhood take-out spot. What I personally like about South Ocean in Flourtown is the variety of Asian cuisines: Chinese, Japanese, & Thai. You can order sweet and sour chicken, or sushi. My go-to dish is the green curry; either with chicken or with vegetables. Very nice staff, quick pick-up, and fairly priced.

Hello Google Family. I decided to visit after my Edge Fitness Club workout in Plymouth Meeting on a Hump Day Wednesday. I just left the Acme in the same shopping center where I purchased four items and bought a money order. I mailed it in the box near this Chinese/Japanese restaurant. I opted for take out. I decided on three shrimp egg rolls for the family, a pint of Won ton soup and a pint of shrimp fried rice. The food was good and I took it home and shared it with the family. I must say they are skimpy with the soup. Not enough won tons and the shrimp, not enough shrimp. Plenty of rice though. Not enough food here.. The portions are small. Good night Google Family.

Flourtown has an excellent sushi & Chinese restaurant. Tucked away behind a gas station in a local strip mall. Excellent signage, so it’s easy to find. Sushi a bit pricey, but it’s quite good. If you’re in the area, looking for sushi, go for it, you won’t regret it. Note: AmEx cards are not accepted. $15 minimum for credit cards — easy to do.

This was our first time ordering from here tonight and it was absolutely amazing! This will definitely be our new spot! I finally found my chicken on the stick and it’s even better that I can also get sushi at the same time. Love, love, love!!! I also love their cooked selection of sushi.

Stopped here for dinner on our way to our hotel after going to PAX. Limited seating, but it was not busy and there was plenty of room for our party of 9. Excellent maki combo that came with salad and soup for a very reasonable price.

This restaurant is nice and peaceful. Perfect place to have a meal if you’re trying to clear your mind and not hear a lot of ambient noise.
Staff is courteous and welcoming.
Pad Thai was right out of the wok hot. That’s about it….

Those food that we had not bad. But stir fried eggplant and vegetables was greasy, a little much oil and fried shrimp with walnut, seem to me they use frozen cooked shrimp not the raw one so it’s sweet flavor was gone and hard not as good as raw. A nd also the they used bad batter so the texture not fluffy anymore.
