Worst experience ever… Store is not answering calls. Pizzas were taken back to the store. Arrived at store and staff were unfriendly. Tried to refuse a full refund offering 10% off or full replacement pizzas. We didn’t have time to wait for replacement pizzas and did not want the overcooked, and burnt pizzas. Eventually got the manager to call the owner and we got a full refund. We used to love Peppy’s but this is unacceptable. Hopefully this is not the new Standard.

Wow I’m always skeptical of trying new pizza places but it was definitely worth the risk. I had the chicken, bacon and ranch specialty pizza and it was delicious. Lived here in Fredericktown for 3yrs now and can’t believe I’ve never ordered here before. New fav pizza place.

Seems I probably won’t have to look to far beyond Peppys, as it’s been the front runner for many years.
Always a pleasant experience. Quick and efficient staff, friendly, and the absolute best pizza!
Great for take out, or dine-in! Typically takes 30minutes or less, inside is very clean and pays homage to the community sports, and high school. There is ample seating, which you cannot find in many local shops, that gives you the opportunity to eat inside comfortably.
Prices are reasonable and in line with most pizza places.
Just a great hometown pizza joint with the best atmosphere, service, food, and prices.

Ordered, they pushed back the pick up time then gave us lukewarm pizza. When I called in I got the run around of either I come get another pizza or get a discount of 10 percent next time. I only order once or twice a year. I was reminded why we dont order from them more often. Last time they moved my pick up time by an hour without telling me. The discount code they gave me for that mistake never worked. Lesson learned

This place was great a few years ago but after today’s visit, we will not be back.
Thh h is afternoon our family of four was caught in a bad storm and ran into the restaurant. It was 4:10’pm and they opened up at 4pm.
We walked in and were not greeted by staff who were behind the counter and in the back kitchen. They saw us but god forbid if someone would actually say, “Hello, welcome in. May we help you? “ We approached the counter to order and an older blond lady looks at us and says, “We won’t be able to get your food to you til after 6pm because we have a 22 pizza order. I said, “Could we just get one pizza and you could make it before the 22 pizza order since we came in. (There was no one else in the restaurant) . She said, “No, we have to do this order first.”
I was shocked, “There was no apology, no “I’m sorry.” While my family and one child who has medical/special needs stood there soak in wet from the storm, this employee had no empathy at all. Just plain and simple…RUDE. Too many other establishments to spend your hard earned money on people who just don’t have etiquette or manners.
First off, why would you even open your restaurants doors if you aren’t taking orders? We wanted to have a nice place to sit down and have ONE PIZZA. Just one pizza!
Shame on you. Do better or lock your doors and just take phone orders.
Luckily good ol’ Dominos was open two doors down and our family had the three nicest gentleman greet us, take our order, and had our food out in less than 10 minutes.

AMAZING as Usual! The last time I was here was when I was 14/15 years old! This was the “hang out” when I was a kid. It’s a MUST STOP for AMAZING pizza and subs and calzones aka strombolis, lol. The only thing it’s missing is feta cheese, that they don’t have unfortunately.

Won’t be back first off its what when u walk in not high its just what and cheese sticks and cheese bread is 2 different things fix ur menu please bc I paid almost $8 for a loaf of bread that I can’t eat and never mind the wait was crazy like 2 hours and we got a sub made completely wrong
