Wouldn’t serve saying “we’re too busy with people that are celebrating New Years drunk” but then served an additional 1/2 hour for the bartenders friends. Wouldn’t come back all we wanted was a pizza. Unless you’re “part of the crew” you’re nothing. You don’t feel welcome at all.
