A hidden gem in Torreon. A really nice and upscale sushi bar. They have formerly chefs from the NOBU from Mexico City. The place is small only 12 seats so a reservation is a most. You have 90 minutes between reservations to try the menu.
The bar is amazing also, they have a really good mixologist.
You gotta try the Japanese scallop (Callo Japonés) nigiri with wagyu butter, it’s a most. Another good one is the Mediterranean Toro (tuna belly).
