Came by asked for a favor, if I could get some mayo packets because I had gotten food from a different restaurant the owner (Jane) hit me with just straight attitude with an ugly face aswell talking about “did you buy something?” I said “no” she was about to close the window and I offered to pay some and she hit me with that ugly face again saying no.

3/6/25 7:46pm I entered the lobby and there was nobody at the front counter. I could see from the numerous cameras that there was someone cleaning in the back and had no care to come out and help. We waited. And waited. And waited more and still nobody came out. So, we went down the street to Wendy’s. I will never come back here again and hope you get better employees here because you are losing money.

Not even a hello welcome to subway….Was there today and the manager TIFFANY put another person’s order of a fish sandwich on top of mine after I told her I was allergic she tossed them from touching one another and went to the back and proceeded to tell me it wasn’t a big deal that they didn’t really touch. What a disturbing way to run a business. Being pregnant and allergic to fish is a big deal. Thanks for being a negative person and a horrible manager. I will NO longer come to this location due to the disrespect and the neglect to customer health . Very much the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Tiffany I don’t appreciate you also I think your turkey is rotten and the way you treat the other employees is disgusting

The restaurant was clean and modern. My wife ordered oven roasted chicken in a chopped salad bowl. They did not get the chopping done very well as the tomatoes were still the full slice. Also they did not put on much dressing. I had 6 in Philly steak. This sandwich was very good but was the smallest 6 in sub I have ever sern.

Went through the drive thru as I am wheelchair bound. A customer was ahead of us and was asked to pull forward so we could place our order. Needless to say they did pull forward but not far enough for us to reach the window. Within a minute after the inconsiderate customer pulled some what forward an employee came out and took our order. Service was fast and hot. I was more than happy to leave a generous tip.

I visited the Subway in Monmouth Il via the drive thru. It was a cold and blustery day.When I pulled in there were two cars ahead of me. An employee was outside taking the order for the car ahead of me . And within seconds three other employees came out. One of them was taking my order. Very pleasant and very helpful. I just wanted to say my experience was extremely good. I hadn’t eaten at subway for awhile. I ordered the loaded potato soup and a Black Forest ham sandwich. The soup certainly lived up to it’s name . It was loaded with big pieces of potato and meat. It tasted homemade and was so so delicious! And the sandwich was crafted deliciously! The best I’ve had in a long time! The manager and team work so well together! such a positive experience! Thank you Monmouth Subway! Job well done!

Will not be back. Not only are they overpriced, but they can’t get simple orders right and are to busy visiting with each other and joking around that the customers aren’t their priority. Sad.
