I go to this Taco Bell all the time. The only issue I ever have is the long wait time which I understand and don’t mind. But tonight was different. They very recently added the AI drive through which is immediately a terrible sign. But when we pulled up the window there were two staff members I’ve never seen before who were incredibly rude. We had multiple people in the car and had two different mobile orders which seemed to confuse and upset the staff, saying we should have come in to the store and not the drive thru. The thing is I’ve done this dozens of times with no issue at this location. When we got to the window the guy there asked us about an item we didn’t order and when were confused he snapped at us about what he claimed was on the order. We even double checked our order to see we were right. What could have been an easy misunderstanding left us feeling off because of his attitude. Really he just seemed like he was trying to rush us out of the drive through as fast he could despite there being no line and several hours before close, at around 11:15. The staff here is normally great and I recognize a lot of them when I come through. But these two were different.

Picked up my tacos and everything fell out. They weren’t wrapped. Ordered one of the grillers, burnt on both sides, and completely smashed. Both of my taco shells were broken into pieces. I asked for red sauce, and spicy ranch, there was none. The employees don’t come to the counter when you have a doordash delivery. The women have attitudes and are rude! I’ll drive further from home to get tacos from now on. Horrible place.

I will not be returning. The drive thru is now ai, which is a terrible decision. I reversed out of it to go in. Two ordering kiosks on the counter that are both broken. One working kiosk behind me. Waited for like 5 mins at the counter. One person came up to the counter and ignored me. Finally another person came and asked for a name for the order. I said I wanted to place an order. She motioned at the kiosk. I said I don’t want to use those and thats why I got out of the drive thru too. She said I cannot place an order with a person. If this is the new norm, I’m done with Taco Bell for good.

I usually don’t have any problems here but today I went through the drive-thru and ordered three bean burritos, the fresco style and one soft beef taco. I ended up with three regular bean burritos and a soft beef taco supreme. I’m definitely not impressed today.

Very mid experience at this taco bell. First off when I was ordering my meal I asked for an enchilada burrito with no red sauce but I wanted to add avocado ranch. I was rudely told I couldn’t just substitute sauces like that. I informed her that I understood adding that sauce would be an upcharge – thankfully after that she let me continue with my order. I had ordered that as well as two grilled cheese burritos. As I was driving away from the screen I noticed they didn’t put both the burritos I asked for on the order, so before they swiped my card at the window I asked if there was 2 burritos or just one, and was told it was just one. Then the pink haired cashier at the window turned her back towards me and started complaining to her co-workers on the line about me needing an extra burrito. I was never asked if I wanted sauce and the woman shut the window on my face while I was talking to her. I’m sorry y’all didn’t hear me the first time. I even said I was sorry for asking for the burrito at the window in the first place (which I shouldn’t have to considering I asked for it at the drive thru) but was still treated like I caused a huge inconvenience. 2nd time coming here in 6 months, and it will be my last.

Slow and small portions my crunch wrap only had half of it with meat and my 5 layer was 80% bread also didn’t give me a one of my items and never gives out forks unless you ask. They used to be ok but gotten horrible recently

DON’T COME HERE!!!! Not worth your time and money. This has been my worse experience here and last time coming here. The meat was completely dried up, hard as rock. I can’t even chew it. Everything I got was over cooked. Also small portions. I ate only half of it, already have stomach ache. I don’t get how they pass there food inspection.

My food is always messed up here. We stopped going here and months Iater I go back and it’s the same thing. Fresco style and only get lettuce with the meat? Oh and the dairy that shouldn’t be on it. This cost way too much to be dealing with this. Just as bad as the Wendy’s next to it.
