Absolutely unacceptable.
My wife, Renata, and I visited the Waffle House at 901 E Butler Rd, Greenville, SC 29607, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant was filthy — dirty tables, grimy floors, and an overall sense of total neglect.
After eating there, my wife became seriously sick. That alone should be alarming to anyone considering this location. Basic sanitation standards were clearly ignored, and no customer should ever be put at risk because of a restaurant’s lack of cleanliness.
This place should be inspected immediately. Until major changes are made, I strongly advise people to stay away.

This waffle house is by far the Best one I’ve been to. The service was Top tier!!!.. First off I was greeted immediately after entering into the restaurant by Jerry. He gave me a menu and told me to take my time. Shortly afterwards my order was taken. Chef did amazing on preparing my food in the Clean kitchen! Which was the first thing I noticed when walking in. The restaurant was Super Clean!!! Food was ready in no time. This is what I mean when I say I want waffle house!.. These guys need and deserve a raise! I didn’t get to catch the Chefs name but, Food was Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!! Great Job and keep up the good work!

This was honestly one of the best Waffle House visits that I have ever experienced. The waitress was very kind and attentive and the food came out accurate and good. The waitress kept our drinks coming and ensured we had everything that we needed. This location was also very clean!

Excited to visit a brand new Waffle House in the area! Very clean and bright, decor is just like other Waffle House restaurants. Had good service with a friendly smile, will definitely be back!

The server was actually a cook who was filling in. He had earbuds in and kept asking us to repeat ourselves. Our food was ready and he was washing dishes. The cook had to go tell him the food was ready. Why he didn’t just turn around and give it to us I don’t understand. This site is very small and we were sitting in a booth on the grill side.

It’s one of the better waffle houses I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them. Had breakfast here twice and it was excellent each time. Staff were kind and pleasant always made sure I had what I needed, and my coffee was never empty. The manager was present and supportive to his employees.
