Usually I have a decent experience here. I see that other people have had issues with Christina the manager as well. She was just snobby and to top it off I get home with toppings missing I get a new topping… hair in my pizza. Generally I would just call the store however no one answered when I did. I also requested contact information for the GM to no avail. Now after seeing that she is actually a manager here and other people have had a similar problem I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Over $37.00 for 12 wings a 1 cheese pizza. It was absolutely terrible. It was like cheese on a cracker, soaked in grease with no sauce at all. Wings were tiny, and I felt completely ripped off for almost $40.00. NEVER again.

You see the deal that displays beside their listing on the google map that states a large one-topping for $9.99? Nowhere does it say, not there or on their pizza hut webpage, that the deal is only if you order online..however!..sure enough, that’s what I was told by the black haired woman manager who was working there on Tuesday night. And she acted like it was the first time she had ever heard of that deal, a whole lot of wince and scowl. She sounded like she was winging it in her response…like improv night at the curmudgeon bone.

Made a pre order for 15 medium pizzas for pick up in a hour and a half and the lady on the phone gave me a attitude and told me she needs atleast 2.5 to 3 hours to make that many for a order. So I called another pizza hut and they said that is not true and they took my order for me. She obviously was just lazy and didnt wanna do the order. Won’t be going back to the lambertville one again.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza at 7p. This store failed to make the correct pizza, failed to delivery within the promised thirty minutes, collect extra money for deep dish and extra cheese NOT provided, and left a cold pizza after 830p … I live 3.2 miles from their store.

I can’t say amything bad about the food I only ordered a lunch deal. Everything was made as I requested and it was a pick up. I have no complaints. This is definitely a great option for lunch for me. The staff was polite and easy to talk with.

The chicken Alfredo was awful something smelled rotten, I don’t now if it was because I ordered late or what but something wasn’t right it made me mom feel sick and they need new employees it stunk up the whole house, I hate writing comments like this but this is sickening.
