On Friday, February 20th at approximately 3:00 PM, I called your store to place a delivery order scheduled for 4:30 PM. The order was specifically requested for 4:30 because I was on my lunch break and needed it delivered at that time.
When 4:30 PM arrived, my order had not been delivered. I called the store and was informed that they were too busy. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I was already speaking with him. I asked why I was not informed at 3:00 PM that my order might not be delivered at the requested time. He stated that they were not busy at 3:00 PM.
While I understand that businesses can become unexpectedly busy, that does not excuse the lack of communication or failure to meet the promised delivery time. Had I been informed that delivery at 4:30 could not be guaranteed, I would have made other arrangements. Instead, I was left without my order during my limited lunch break.
When I asked whether there would be any compensation for the inconvenience, I was told no, but that I could call back if the pizza did not “turn out good,” which was unrelated to the issue at hand. I then asked to speak to a general manager, at which point the manager hung up on me.
This experience demonstrated extremely poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
I have been a customer in the past, but due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again. I hope this matter is addressed so that other customers are not treated the same way.

Dominos has really stepped up their pizza game!!!! Especially the pan crust!! I wasn’t a dominos person, then someone ordered some and I had it and I was like wow and started ordering here. It’s so good, fresh and great employees. I also love the tracker I think that’s cool!!

Just moved to Waverly a month ago and we decided to order a pan of Pasta and a pasta bowl from this store (08/02/19). Ordered online .. arrived on time .. we went to eat our pasta and the store neglected to put the premium chicken in both of the pastas ordered. I called the store and they asked me to hold for a supervisor .. the she got on the line and then proceeded to argue that the orders did not have chicken selected to be one of the ingredients included. One would think that being a smaller town store the service would be better but I would prefer to order from my old Ansbourgh Ave, Waterloo store!! I took pictures of my online order and the actual order of food we received .. Guess there are a few other restaurants in town that want our business!

Over cooked cheesy bread with burnt edges. Undercooked pizza with minimal cheese and definitely without extra pepperoni. Had a bad experience at the Waverly Dominos last time. It took me 10 months to give it another chance. Years ago, I used to make Dominos a weekly thing but I guess It’s Casey’s pizza from here on out. Feels weird going to a gas station to get a better pizza.

Ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. Barely any sauce on pizza. Called and asked about it and employees were rude. 2nd pizza was full of air bubbles, hard barely any cheese at all, and over cooked. Please bring back Pizza Hut.

I feel like this store gets a lot of bad rep from a lot of people on the reviews and that I’ve talked to in real life. Idk what is happening to everyone else, but I have always had exceptional service and food from this Dominos. My food always arrives on time, hot, delicious, and accurate. The few times that it has not been accurate and I’ve called to fix a mistake, they have always done so happily and quickly. There is a driver who usually brings my order and he is always super kind. I think this store deserves some more good reviews

Never had a bad pizza outta this place they always put out pizzas that taste and look great! Staff might be a little short I guess you could say with people but again the pizzas are more then amazing so keep up the good work, best pizza place in the area my opinion.

Ordered around 6 pm and was delivered the wrong pizza. Called to kindly let them know. Guy was annoyed on phone with my husband and said they would switch out the pizza. After waiting for another hour, my husband called and kindly asked about what time we could expect the pizza and was hung up on. It is now almost 9 o’clock and I guess we aren’t getting a pizza. Driving in to return the pizza and hopefully get our money back. Sad because it is one of the only places that delivered to us. Food flavor was always hit or miss in the past. Service has really gone down at so many places.
