This place came highly recommended to us, by other tourists. We came as a party of 6, with one child, as kids eat free on Mondays.
Sadly only about half of our meals were any good. My dad got the soup and salad combo, the soup came out luke warm and very salty, the salad was wilty and sad. My son had the fish and chips, both were cooked perfectly and were delicious. However, my mom also got the fish and chips, with the upgraded Truffle fries – both of which were saturated in grease. My husband and daughter had the Lantern Burger, with the same Truffle fries, but theirs were cooked well, had great flavor and not oily.
I had the Makaha Melt, with Truffle fries, both were really good!! The bottom bun got a bit soggy, but that’s expected with a beef dip.
The kids meal came out first, followed by the other fish and chips and 2 soups. The one as part of the meal and one starter. The starter one was hot and delicious, but somehow the other (which I tasted) was luke warm and more salty. It took several minutes for the other food items to come out and sadly we weren’t checked on in between. The diet coke my daughter ordered did not have any carbonation and was taken off the bill and rectified. However, when we notified the server she took the pop in an effort to replace it, but returned saying she was taking it off the bill, cause the machine wasn’t working.
In the end when we brought up the greasy fish and chips and soggy salad, she apologized. When the bill came, the adult fish and chips were removed, but without explanation.

Went to dinner here last night for my brother-in-law’s birthday and it was such a great experience. The food definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the Lilikoi Chicken with garlic mash and vegetable medley and it was delicious . I would have loved a little more sauce on the chicken, but other than that it was so ono. The atmosphere was really nice, we enjoyed the music, and the staff was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Wrapping up our vacation, we were looking for somewhere that wasn’t a resort or chain restaurant. We wanted that family feel and we found it here! Food was excellent. We had the fish tacos (cabbage and salsa were on point!), garlic truffle fries and the ahi appetizer which was a soft as butter. Drinks were creative and delicious. We were too full for dessert. Service was great and we loved that the waitress introduced the bartender too. Great food and staff! Definitely with a visit!

Highly recommend! The restaurant has a lovely local vibe with live music and a beautiful view out the ocean out their large windows. Everyone who worked there was so nice and inviting, checking in on how we were doing and how we liked the meals often. I got the daily catch which was ono and kalua pork nachos. Both were incredibly delicious!! Plus I tried the mashed potatoes which were the best I have ever had. Like life changing. Mahalo for the wonderful dining experience!

Vibes are off the charts here. Live music most nights. We were there on a Friday afternoon. They had Great service and delicious food. The mauka to makai nachos was a great starter. Drinks were unique and delicious. The food was amazing. And the ocean views are a plus. What a great spot on the west side!!

Great place to gather with friends or the your family for dinner. Clean and drinks are great. The food is delicious. I haven’t ordered anything I didn’t love. One of my go to is poke Nachos. They also have Prime rib nights. Even their burgers are great. This restaurant also has a sister restaurant in Makaha called Lilikoi Loung which they share a point system with. So if you plan to frequently visit one or both places, ask and register.

We all felt sick immediately after eating there. The nachos were DRIPPING in oil, burger was burnt, chicken wings were way too oily too. Service wasn’t that great either.
We left feeling scammed after paying the bill.

The food was not good at all this time… The cheeseburger was burnt outside; inside, it was raw and gooey. The lobster tail was rubbery and chewy. Also, the oysters tasted old. I’m just unhappy with all the food. The manager came back. She did her best to bring us back some more food but didn’t want to. Everybody didn’t like the food, said it cold. so we just complained, accepted it, and paid for it. But the drinks were good, and she was very nice. It’s too bad because everything was good the last time I was here. I’m not sure what happened this time.

We sat at the bar. The bartender was great and very friendly. I had the fish tacos $MP, and they had almost no breading (bonus). 3 tacos, light, crisp, and tasty with a great hand chopped pineapple salsa and cabbage slaw. The burger was ok. MW was well, and shoestring fries were boring. Next time, the chicken sandwich. Definitely the tacos over and over. Good food and good prices, with a clear view of the beach and ocean. After you hike all of Kai’ana point (6 miles round trip), it’s nice to have a tasty meal, adult beverage, and A/C.
