Saw this place was open on sunday when a lot were closed so we decided to give it a try and stop in. The place was nice and definitely an oldie. Owner was attentive and sweet, and the food was delicious! I will say the burger was a tad too large to the point and it could barely fit in my mouth but thats not always a bad thing! It did have a bar with quite a few people at it though so if noise isn’t your thing then maybe come earlier

We stopped on Valentine’s Day evening and ordered an amazing pizza and ten wings. The wings are the best ever. Really crispy just the way we like them. Bob was bartending and also waiting tables. The service was beyond great.

The menu is a good pub fair plus option (burgers, chicken sandwiches, and such). Specials from time to time (corned beef sandwiches round St. Pattys day are so good). Overall the food is quite wonderful and dine or take out options were available.
The draft options are good and change up for the seasons. The staff are welcoming and locals are too which is great for walking in off the street for the first time.

A locally owned and loved gem you’d be crazy not to visit if you’re visiting or even a local. TC – the owner – welcomes all to this historic establishment situated in old town Schenectady among the houses built in the 1600 and 1700’s. Only 400-500 yards (!) from the casino, you’ll find GREAT food (1/3 pound burgers and 1/2 fried fish on hot buttered buns), great apps, fries, and the wings are a must. The prices are right and the vibe is historic, local and friendly to all.

Found myself staying nearby for an event after having moved out of upstate NY over a decade ago. On a whim we decided to go here after reading a few reviews. We walked in and could certainly tell this was a locals hotspot. A couple made room for us at the bar and we even had a nice conversation with the older gentleman beside us. We ordered a plate of hot wings and drinks and it could not have been better. These wings were exactly what i remember from a great ny buffalo wing. And even better, I able to share that with my s/o who’s never had a true NY wings experience. The vibe was friendly and relaxed and our bartender was extremely pleasant. As simple as it was, it was exactly what i was looking for. Thank you for that.
