Pretty decent for a food truck in Carroll County. I just wish they offered a noodle option or more vegetables. We tried the double steak, double shrimp and the egg rolls. Everything tasted good, shrimp and steak weren’t overcooked. We’ll be going back again for sure.

Update: came back again and it was very delicious and minimal wait time! The crab rangoons were out of this world delicious, and the chicken and vegetables were very tasty as well.
Brand new food truck in a small town that desperately needed more variety. They have some kinks to workout with their online ordering and wait times, but they’ve only been open a week so that’s to be expected. Their truck is literally to the side of Piper’s parking lot.
I’d give the food a 4/5 and would bet that in a few months I could upgrade to a 4.5 or 5. Everything tasted good and pretty good portion size, maybe a little bit too much rice. Veggies were also undercooked in my opinion. Reminded me of Quickway Hibachi if you ever had. This obviously isn’t Sakura. I would have liked more of the sauce that pooled to the bottom of the chicken and veggies. The shrimp were big and tasty.
All in all, very glad this food truck is here and hopefully here to stay. Owners seem very nice. Plan to be patient and support this new local business!

I’ve been passing this place on my way home from work and have been wanting to try it. It was totally worth it! I had gotten the chicken and steak meals with a side of egg rolls, shrimp, and some big yum sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly to my request of medium rare and the chicken was nice and juicy. The egg rolls were amazing!
The staff was very friendly and since it was a little chilly, they brought my food to my car. I will be returning for sure!

The food was tasty and plentiful. Had the steak and chicken combo, half the price of other hibachi spots and just as much quantity. Not to mention, the flavor was on point! The crab wontons… amazing. Fast enough on the order, probably speedier than I expected, honestly. Waited in my truck, listening to my acid-rock playlist, and then the beeper they gave you went off. The food was ready, and I’m on my way. Give this place a shot for sure.

I went here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded my expectations. True, it isn’t Sakura, but for about the same price you’d pay for a burger joint “value meal” you can’t go wrong! Both the owner and who I’m going to assume is his son were very pleasant and friendly. I have definitely found a new go-to place for lunch in Manchester

After driving past this place daily for months, we decided it was time to stop and give it a try.
They seemed busy, which is understandable for a Saturday evening, so the wait for our food was a bit long. I ordered steak and shrimp, and fried wontons. My boyfriend ordered steak, shrimp and chicken, and egg rolls.
I was disappointed to find out after waiting for our food to be ready, that they were out of wontons. The owner replaced then with egg rolls, which was nice, but it would have been nicer to know that I wasn’t getting wontons, which is what we ordered and paid for.
All in all, the flavor of the food was good, and the portions are huge. We will be back, hopefully getting wontons next time.

We’ve eaten her many times and the food has always been really good. I’m addicted to their teriyaki chicken. Staff is always friendly too.
