Service was great. There was an issue with my online order, but the staff was able to make it for me anyway, which was very kind of them. I was surprised how fast it came out.
The Impossible Whopper was good. I’m assuming most have had a whopper before. I’d say this is one of the better BKs in the area I’ve been to.
The mozzarella fries were alright, but not the best mozzarella sticks I’ve had. In my opinion the marinara sauce was just a bit overpowering. Not bad, but could be better.

Went here expecting to have a great lunch only it was the worst BK experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2, 8 pieces nuggets and got one and a chicken fry. Not to mention the nuggets tased like they were made in fish oil and looked like they had been sitting there forever. I ordered a whopper jr and got a whopper bun with a jr patty and no lettuce on my burger. Do better!

NEVER EAT HERE!! I walked in and immediately got a wiff of weed but not only that i went to order and the cashier kept giving my autistic daughter weird looks and she started crying because she thought the lady was being mean. The food was cold… french fries looked like they went to war and there were cockroaches on the floors walking around like they own the place… straight up NASTY!!

The last few times I have stopped here they are always out of something I want to order, whether it be food items, drinks, or sauce. Whoever is in charge of the restaurant really needs to do a much better job of keeping stuff in stock and not run out of stuff.

I will never go to this BK again. I was told to wait a minute at the drive through and after 5 minutes I finally had to say “Hello” to get somebody to take the order. That somebody had the name Dulce on her name tag and she barely spoke English. That’s not the problem, the problem was her horrible attitude, her eye-rolling, cutting me off when I was trying to speak and messing up my order. I have had some bad customer service before but she really needs to find somewhere to work where she doesn’t have to interact with customers that contributes to her paycheck.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING. If you see this in second guess it whatsoever, don’t go. Your order will be wrong, your change will be incorrect, and you’ll be treated terribly the whole time. After giving this location one last chance and being gone for 8 months I visited only to yet again get an incorrect order, have to repeat my order for times while being interrupted multiple times throughout, and having $5 in change withheld from me, even upon asking for a receipt. The receipt which I didn’t even receive because I was lied to about the machine having “no receipt”. That’s all I was told. I asked for a receipt to confirm 20-12 is more than 4. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO HARDEES. BETTER CHARBROILED BURGER.

Whopper Jr meal was $11! Got my food immediately thru the drive thru. However, it was not fresh or appealing at all. The french fries were cold and had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least ten to 20 minutes (I used to work drive-thru, so I know how long ot takes them to look like this.) Overcharged and nasty. And people serve this kind of food wanting to make $15 an hour?! Not okay.

cold, soggy fries, bland or poorly flavored burgers (like waxy aftertastes), incorrect or messy orders (too many/few condiments), low-quality ingredients (rubbery onions, limp lettuce), and poor hygiene/service as common complaints, leading to dissatisfaction, sometimes sickness, and a feeling the brand’s quality has declined over time. They didn’t give straws. Spent 55 dollars for us to not get the drinks we ordered.

There is no end to the length of time that they will leave you waiting in the drive thru. You might order one sandwich, but will wait for over 15 minutes without the ability to exit the drive thru. That means they know the wait is an issue and can’t afford to let you leave. Very disappointing.
