I love wasabi! Their sushi is always super good! weather for lunch today and had their lunch special that was three rolls and soup for pretty much $18 which was a really good deal! They had a large selection that you could choose from and it came out pretty quick and was very tasty!
This wasabi is definitely a lot nicer and cleaner than the one that’s down in southern Ames, only thing I would touch on would be the server being more engaging with the table as she sat us down and got us water and deliver food and that’s all we heard from her.
But we totally recommend and will definitely be back!

Excellent dinner last night. Highly recommend their crispy Brussels sprouts. The seasonal SNOWrita drink was delicious! (A margarita-like drink with coconut cream) Their sushi/sashimi is always prepared perfectly.

Quiet with a very relaxed modern ambience. Food was great, with the sushi rolls being the nicest I’ve found in this state yet! Definitely recommend coming here for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

We had a group of 10 people, all with different food preferences and restrictions. The menu was so big and accommodating to everyone. Our server Aimee did a great job keeping up with us and was so friendly. Nice space that can accommodate groups of all sizes! I loved the vegan sesame chicken.

Japanese cuisine was on point with a great nice atmosphere could do with a little brighter lighting. The wait for the food took over 40 minutes was told due to party before us but was waiting quite some time for our food to come out.

Wasabi in Somerset Ames is phenomenal! You can’t get better ambiance, service and most importantly food! Just tonight, they have a special dish of fresh oysters on the half shell. I am not kidding when I say they are just as good if not better than oysters I’ve had in Florida!! Top Notch! If you have not been to Wasabi yet, you are missing out and need to go and treat yourself to wonderful food!!!

I can’t believe this place is so empty! The atmosphere is killer, the food was delicious and the service was great 🙂 I got the Angry Dragon roll, a side of fried rice and a cocktail for $35! There’s plenty of off street and on street parking and vegetarian/vegan friendly options. Would definitely recommend Wasabi in Somerset!!!!
