Another comment about breakfast sandwiches. (Wish I would have read others before visiting.) in a nutshell, the bagels are solid, if a bit salty. The sandwiches are DRY. Sandwiches with bacon are insanely salty. Loud family spot, which was nice. Except chairs are uncomfortable metal and, of course, the dry and salty food.

Use to really like this spot but been disappointed lately. Ordered a bagel with avocado and this is what I got. Barely any avocado there and half is straight brown/black.

This was my go-to place on Saturday mornings after my workout, but they discontinued a lot of bagels (both pumpernickels!) and that has led me to not visit as often. I still think there food it good, but the pumpernickel was a standout for me and not available everywhere. Now they are kinda just like everyone else. Businesses have to make tough decisions these days. Hopefully, they are able to bring back some more bagel flavors in the future.

I rode in on my bike from West Swattle on a 56-mile Ironman training ride. They let me post my bike up inside. It was refreshing to use the bathroom & fuel up on an awesome pastrami bagel sandwich & cookie. I thank them team for their kindness & hospitality!!

Good sandwich but likely Wrong Order. I get bangles from here on a weekly basis because it’s the only spot I know of in Issaquah that’s open early. Over 1/2 the time my order is wrong or missing items I paid extra for. They also don’t provide you a receipt when you get your bagel ao it’s hard to double check without waiting on line again. Almost every time I go I see other people walking up with wrong orders too. Again, good sandwiches when they get it right.

If your going to tip I would recommend tipping cash after you get your bagel or else you likely going to pay extra and trip for a wrong order.

Blazing Bagel in Issaquah is a gem for bagel lovers! Their bagels are always fresh, chewy, and perfectly baked. The variety of flavors and toppings is fantastic, and I especially love their sandwiches, which are generously packed and full of flavor. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides great service. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast or picking up a dozen bagels to go, Blazing Bagel never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a delicious bagel!

They really need to work on their process for the breakfast sandwiches. I order here somewhat often and I frequently have to take the bagel home to microwave it. I also never get the extra egg that I order when I buy the sandwich online. They need to at least microwave the sandwich after it’s assembled or change the process so the sandwiches don’t come out cold and with unmelted cheese. A second different kind of toaster would be best so I don’t have to microwave the bagel after it’s been toasted and make it soft again.

I have been a blazing bagel, lover, for years-I used to work near the SODO Location, and fell in love with their sandwiches and their French toast bagel, unfortunately, in the last few months, both of those things have changed. The ham on the breakfast sandwiches, has gone from being really quality, thick, Cut ham to just regular deli sliced. It’s OK, but not nearly as good as it used to be and the price has not gone down. Then I learned, that they are indefinitely, discontinuing the French toast, bagel, which is a confusing choice, because I feel like it’s almost always sold out And is one of their most popular flavors. I learned from my very kind employee That the change was likely due to a really arduous preparation for that Flavor, which I understand, but those two things were my reason for stopping in, Biweekly, if not ,so if similar changes continue, I can’t imagine myself continuing to be a customer. I really hope that they find a solution and bring back some of the changes that they have made!

I used to come to Blazing Bagels weekly. About 6 months ago, I started coming once a month. Today will be my last day coming. I watched as the customer service had gotten worse and worse over the months. The staff has become increasingly rude and unfriendly. The employees are going incredibly slow. For reference, today I was the only customer in the store and there were 4 employees. It took 15 minutes for my bagel to come out. My bagel was also extremely burnt. This is not just a one off. I came in one morning right at opening. I was the first person to order and I did not get my bagel til almost 6:30 am. A 30 minute wait for one bagel is too much for me when there are 4 employees working.

Been a blazing bagel fan for years , but lately it seems they have gone through major changes. The variety of bagels are now bare minimum and they are turning into a regular sandwich shop. No more rosemary or jalapeno bagels they have really shrunk their menu. No more schmear. The bagels are dry. Extremely disappointing so see the focus shift from being a bagel shop .
