Workers seem to be more interested in flirting with each other instead of working. They dont greet people when you come in. When you finally get someone to just acknowledge you, the female seems so annoyed to be there, its hard to be pleasant. This is my first and last time visiting this store.

I ordered two different orders first order was around 325 pm but I didn’t pick up till about 545 pm then right when I walked out my husband and daughter asked me to grab two more pizzas witchi again used the app for because I had a promo code three out of the four pizzas did NOT COME with onions on them so I didn’t assume I would need to ask them not to put onions on but on the first order one of the pizzas comes with onions well my husband is severely allergic to onions so I of course removed the onions as this is not a new allergy he’s been allergic his whole life and we’ve been married ten years so I always make sure not to order onion well there was onion on both all four the pizzas from witch us crazy to me super disappointed especially since I didn’t end up cooking then until this evening around 830; after store was closed this was a waste of $65.58 as we didn’t eat pizza regardless of if my husband is the only allergic one we as a household do not eat onions as a whole because it’s such a serious allergy for him very disappointed also not sure why my receipt said old pickup when they were both new orders from today

We placed an online order and arrived for pickup. Our Order was shoved into my hands and the employee ignored me as Im trying to ask a question. Too bad. I had a 10 dollar tip in my hand. I didnt give because of rudeness. Additionally, there was a serious LACK of toppings in our stuffed pizza

We were in a pizza mood, and pulled up to Papa Murhpys on Monday night and walked in without realizing that they were closing in 3 minutes Nonethless the two girls on shift greeted us with smiles and explained the menu to us including their specials. (We’d never been in before). We got chicken bacon ranch and the All Meat. DELICIOUS!! Best pizza and best service! Papa Murhpys for the win!

As always the flavor is good but this time I was not impressed with mine also I had ordered extra cheese on both of my pizza’s and well if what I got was extra cheese then a regular order wouldn’t have had any cheese… it just seems that the quantity of toppings on the pizza’s are to the point of next to nothing..more crust than toppings. Still good flavor and what I like not alot of sauce but the quantity of topping has really gone down…

Pizza was good as usual, but not the new cookie dough. I don’t know when they changed it, but it’s not as good as the old stuff. It’s an outsourced product, has no egg, too many chemicals, it doesn’t smell right, and it’s way overpriced.

On march the 4th at 11:02 am i called to order pizza for our church event. when the employee answered the phone she immediately asked me to hold and sat the phone down. after about 20 minutes still on hold a member of our church drove to the papa murphy’s location in neosho,mo 64850. still i waited for the employee to pick up the phone to take my order. i could hear the employee talking to someone. well our church member made it there and when she walked in i could hear the employee ask her if she ordered on line or called it in. our church member told her we couldn’t call it in cause i was on hold. still she never came back to the phone at this point i hung up and called back and was immediately place on hold again. hung up and called back a 4th time with the same results. so called back and and i immediately asked to speak to a manager and she said there was not one there that she was alone then hung up on me. so i called back and she yelled at me and said she was going to call the police for harassment if i called back. so the following day i called and left my name and number for a manager to call me back. 3 days later i get a call from jessica is what she said her name was and would not tell me her last name. she was already aware of the situation and said she had watched the video from that day and said that day was one of there busiest days of the week. so i ask why on your busiest day was that employee alone. long story short manager wound up telling me to call corporate and hung up on me also! completely out of line!!!! been a week now and still no one has reached out to me!!!!!!!!!!! I’LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Been 3 months and still nothing has been done about this!

I filled out an on-line order. It evidently didn’t go through correctly. They handed me a cheese pizza. I told them it didn’t have any toppings on it like I ordered. I tried to just get my money back, and they wouldn’t do it. I tried to get them to just give me the toppings, they wouldn’t do it, as it mess up their count. I guess the customer always being right isn’t taught anymore. I will never go back, and I will make it my life’s work to warn my friends.
