It’s been months maybe even over a year since I’ve been to Starbucks. Gave me coffee with curdled milk, the spinach feta wrap had a Tbsp of filling… JUST BREAD! Never again!!!

Very disappointing experience.
The service was poor — no one even called my name to let me know my order was ready. On top of that, I paid around $8 for a grilled cheese that was basically just two slices of bread with a little bit of cheese. The portion was extremely small and absolutely not worth the price.
I left very disappointed with both the service and the food. Definitely not a place I would return to.

I love the iced caramel macchiato but today I decided to try the Hazelnut Shaken Espresso, and it was very tasty! I especially love the fact that they took the time to write on the side of my cup:

I was at this Starbucks and the food was really good and the service was really good. My daughter choked on an apple and threw up, and the staff at the Starbucks were super diligent and really nice, giving me napkins and everything. Then the manager comes out to tell me that I should be the one cleaning up my daughter’s vomit. I mean, that idiot was more worried about me cleaning up while she was still throwing up instead of paying attention to what was happening. That’s someone who shouldn’t be managing a store and talking down to employees. Today, December 20th at 9:52 in the morning, I was there with my daughter.

One of the newest stars in the city of Coral Springs this Starbucks is stunning. The staff are warm, attentive, and serve every cup of coffee with a pleasant, greeting smile. Terrible customer service Barista Stephenda intentionally kept pushing my drink back when I was standing right there and making other similar drinks instead of mine then when mine was made it wasnt made correctly. Multiple people who ordered after me that got multiple harder to make drinks somehow all got their drinks before me. I’ve spent thousands of dollars a year at Starbucks like an idiot and it gets worse every time I go at least 80% of the time the drink isnt made properly if it was a $2 coffee I wouldn’t care but an $8-$10 drink needs to have some level of standards. Needless to say I will not spend another dollar at Starbucks again the quality and customer service get worse every visit.

Newly Refurbished and Excellent Service! So happy that this location has reopened. They run a very efficient cafe with drinks made correctly and on time! Way better than the one up the road.
Paid them a visit today and my order was ready as expected. The newly remodeled dining room looks spectacular and seems to be built to maximize efficiency of service with more space allotted to the baristas.
It has lost some of its lounge like feel but I’ll trade that for quicker service any day.
Stop in for a quick coffee you won’t be disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. I waited over 40 minutes in line just for a simple coffee, and the staff ( Noah supervisor) was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the entire experience. There was no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. On top of the long wait, I was treated with attitude when I asked about the delay. This is completely unacceptable — Starbucks should do better.
