Drive up and go place. Food is really good. My only problem is getting them to make what you want. Maybe it was a fluke but twice now I have asked for rice with my teriyaki chicken and they have given me noodles(which I do not care for). Since its a drive up and go, I haven’t discovered the problem until I am home and sitting down to enjoy my meal after work. To tired to go complain. However the food they make is really good and they make a southwest bowl that is to die for. Just make sure to check before you leave that you get what you ordered.

Every few months, the owner of the locally owned pharmacy I work for buys us ALL lunch, which is no easy task for a food truck to handle. But, Urban Kitchen recently did it for us with ease. Since I eat carnivore, no carbs, due to an auto-immune disease that flares up when I do, I ordered the tri-tip only, expecting them to say, “we can’t do that.” Not only did they do it, they gave me a large portion since I wasn’t getting any sides. WOW! It’s so nice to live in this small town and have options when you are using food as medicine.

Urban Kitchen is a fantastic addition to Cottage Grove. Every dish I’ve had there has been extremely delicious, and the portion sizes are generous without feeling overdone.
The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get, which is something I really appreciate. It’s great to have a place like this in town that consistently delivers on flavor and value.

Delicious, fresh food. My go-to lunch spot when I’m in a hurry. Friendly staff makes your meal fresh, to order. It’s hard to choose from the Hibbard, chicken bacon ranch or teriyaki chicken!
Update: The new owners have made some great additions. I’m kind of picky and it’s hard to break out and try new things when you have favorites, but it’s definitely worth it!!! I was in last week and had the chicken kabobs with AMAZING baked beans and potato salad. The lunch plate is one of my faves that grilled pineapple is bomb! Speaking of bomb, those baked potatoes!! I LOVE the loaded with steak!! So filling, enough for 2 meals. And it’s a good thing they are to go because you are so full you would never get a chance to try the desserts. Where else can we get fresh rice crispy treats?! But even better are the brownies!!! Oh my gosh! The mint brownies! If you haven’t tried them yet, give them a try. They are so good!

Tried it for the first time today am so glad I did! The Service was insanely fast and the person who served me was very helpful. She reccomended the “Coach” wrap and I loveddddd it. Portion size was big considering I ordered a small! I had lunch and dinner. Great prices, fresh ingredients, and extremely tasty food. Highly recommend

I generally have a good experience but the consistency of what I receive is lacking e.g. ranch and sour cream with quesadilla, no ranch, no sour cream, drizzled on. It happens different almost every time.
Ask for cauliflower rice get rice.
Or more rice and less toppings.

Mediocre is the word. Ordered spicy pork and regular pork plates, got regular pork and regular chicken. Did not receive the pineapple slices, which are literally the third thing in the menu item name, “plus three”. The teriyaki pork is more like thick sliced ham.

I will 1st say this specific day we stopped here to eat, was a very Hot day. We got out to go in and there’s No seating at all so its just a pull up, Order & Go. Typa place. The lady was really nice and welcoming the food wasn’t bad by any means… Just Mid grade. Chicken was good!!
