As a Subway fan and app user, I do not recommend this location. While I have enjoyed many good sandwiches from here, always served by friendly employees, the owner/manager has made the poor decision to NOT ACCEPT coupons. If you want delicious Subway sandwiches at discounted (coupon) prices, find other local stores.

I’ve been going to the Subway in the Safeway parking lot off 162nd for the last few years and have been disappointed every single time, honestly I don’t know why I keep going back. I finally drove the extra 2 minutes to this store a few weeks ago and was blown away by the FANTASTIC quality of the sandwiches and the crew at the store.
Must be a fluke, right? Just a good day?
I’ve been back several times since then and have had the same amazing experience every time, I’ve finally been able to convince my wife to eat subway again!
Not sure if it’s a matter of a different franchise or if this store is owner/operater, but there is a night and day difference between the crew and product quality at this location and most of the others in Vancouver.
Kudos to the team!
I looked but couldn’t find a way to leave feedback on the subway app, so I hope this is actually seen by someone at the store. Keep it up, what you’re doing makes a difference.

Always great service in the evenings, they’re very accommodating and let me keep my truck overnight when my alternator went out so I could come back the next day and fix it! Thank you again for being so friendly!

Do not go here. Subway is running a promotion for 6.99 foot longs on the app/website with code 699FL. This place doesn’t honor it. Go to the 6700 ne 162nd ave location if you want to take advantage of it .

Last 3 times I went in, the staff seemed pretty rude. I work at a busy grocery store ansi find it easy to treat my customers with respect.
I went just now because I had a gift card. Lady was rude as well which I expected, and she made an unappealing sloppy sandwhich.
If I’m in the neighborhood and hungry again I’ll definitely be ordering from Talay Thai next door. Always friendly and respectful staff and their dishes is about the same price as a 6 inch sub with questionable ingredients.

Food is great but it’s very hard to get a job.
I’ve been waiting now for over two weeks for a phone call. I’ve been bugging them for a job. I almost feel like it’s a rejection. It should not take this long for any job opportunities.

This review gives ZERO stars to the cheapskate OWNERS and FIVE STARS to the sandwich maker, CHRIS. It was my 1st time ever going to a Subway. I decided to order online and the first screen that comes up says if you provide your email addy you will get 15% off of your meal, so I went ahead and did it. Ordering was pretty simple and easy to do BUT when I tried to put in our 15% promo code, for some reason it wasn’t accepting it. That really would have helped as our bill came to $32. and some change for 2 basic sandwiches. That included a few bucks for delivery but it did not include a tip (which should be 20% & up depending on the service) Close to $40.00 for 2 sandwiches from Subway. We decided to cancel that order and went a few blocks away to order face to face.
On the front of the door there was a sign and in capital letters stating something like
WE DON’T ACCEPT COUPONS
WHAT??? They offered a 15% off coupon if you signed up on their email list, which I went ahead and did but the CHEAPSKATE OWNERS DON”T ACCEPT THE COUPONS that their own printers are making!!! I’m sure other Franchises aren’t too thrilled and I believe that to be false advertising. At least in part!
