Unfortunately, we didn’t get to eat because the service took too long. It took about 10 minutes just to get seated, and then we waited another 10–15 minutes without anyone taking our order or even bringing water. It seemed like they were understaffed, and while I understand that happens, we couldn’t wait any longer. We really wanted to support them after the renaming, but the service just isn’t the same as it used to be. Hopefully this improves because we were really rooting for them.

This place is truly amazing. I’d highly recommend as the nice woman there helped feed hundreds of homeless people and had no problem doing it. Such a sweet soul & didn’t even hesitate to help others. This is the type of place that’s worth visiting & giving business to. Amazing place & I would visit 100 times if I could.

After a confusing start, we eventually figured out how to order from Kim Ahn. We were seated in the dining area but only given a menu for hotpot or BBQ. The server came over and I asked for the Kim Ahn menu. She seemed surprised but got it. The food was so delicious. The vegetable pho, fried rice, spring rolls, and Thai tea were all awesome. Glad to have it back. Maybe a bit more explanation and clarification when people arrive to clear up confusion.

The restaurant shares the space with SoKe Hot Pot and BBQ, so it was a bit confusing when we first walked in. The menu is extensive, with many Vietnamese food options. We ordered Cơm Tấm, Bún Bò Huế, Phở gà, Canh Bún, and Bánh Canh Giò Heo.
Aside from the Bún Bò Huế and Cơm Tấm, we were very disappointed with the other dishes. The Phở gà was overly sweet, and the chicken smelled like old meat. The Canh Bún had all the right ingredients, but the flavor just wasn’t there. The same went for the Bánh Canh Giò Heo, it tasted like it used the same broth as the Canh Bún and was very bland.
We also ordered the cream cheese wontons, and the filling was extremely sweet. It tasted more like a dessert than an appetizer. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be back.
