I sat at the speaker for a good 3-4 minutes. I finally said Hello??, and someone finally took my order. Got to the window, lady was nice but I added a Key tag to my order when I saw the sign and she added it to my bill, gave me the frosty and never gave me the tag. I tried calling when I got back to work, but no one answered the phone. She didn’t give me a receipt, so now I will have to get another one and pay for it again. This location needs some help. I also ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke. Good thing I’m not diabetic. Very disappointing.

I was on drive through and I ordered 2 kids meal and number 4
I received only cheeseburger and fries without and 4 pieces Chicken nugget without a juice box with only one toy as everyone knows the kids ask for kids meal cuz they like aToy , and I didn’t get a straw for my drink when I call some rud employee answer the phone and he said you got what you asked for only one kids meal I told him I checked with the person on the window is it 2 kids meal ?? He said yes ! But I only got one without even a juice box! He said we gave you what you asked for and the nuggets was for free so if it is for free why I paid $19.75 for only number 4 meal and one kids meal is that a new way of stealing from your customers???????????

Friday at 6pm, after running errands, mom and I found ourselves craving a burger and a shake so we decided to stop at this Wendy’s which is right by our house. Mom is 86 and has Parkinson’s and was too tired and not able to make the walk inside so she could dine inside as she likes to do. We decided to go through the drive-thru.

It was dusk and the drive-thru sign was not lit up, making it difficult to read the menu. We made our order, it arrived on time with the frosties served cold and the hot food served hot. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat.

They forgot to give me my requested ketchup so I decided to get out of the car, go inside and get some for my fries. This is where I drop off 2 stars…EW! That inside was disgusting! I had not been inside the Wendy’s in awhile and it was NOTHING like it used to be. Gone were the booths, the condiment section had no ketchup containers and the ketchup bucket was empty. The table was sticky. The pop dispenser was filthy and sticky. It SMELLED inside. The floors were so filthy and sticky that my flip-flops pulled with each step I took. It looked barren with hard, cold tables and chairs and no decoration. Truly unappealing; thank Goodness mom didn’t bother to make the walk inside. I went to the counter and the employee quickly gave me some ketchup.

Stars for the food as it was tasty and very good. Stars for the employees as they were professional and pleasant. ZERO stars for the repulsive, putrid smelling inside! UGH!

Guy in the driver through was nice but the manager is off her rocker. Real rude. Simply trying to pick up an order that they must’ve given to someone else. Plan to get my money back.

Went through the drivethrough to order a coffee and sat there for a minute without being greeted. Was finally greeted by someone laughing on the other end saying “one minute”. They weren’t busy with costumers, no other cars were in the drive through, and the parking lot was empty. When I ordered my coffee they asked me to repeat myself, so I did. I said what I wanted in my coffee and they asked me to repeat myself again(all while they were laughing at something on the other end)so I did. After all of this they asked me what I wanted again. I said nevermind and drove off. I understand not hearing me the first time, but I felt like I was being punked after it continued with laughter and no apologies. Absolutely ridiculous “costumer service”.

What’s that smell? Floor drains or did the sewer overflow? Ordered a burger and a medium drink. Half of the drink choices were missing. Coke had a funny taste. Just my one burger took like 10 minutes. Maybe they were killing the cow back in the kitchen. Might explain that smell. I normally don’t leave reviews, but people should be warned.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Wendy’s. I used to love their chilies, but this one definitely was not the best. It was very salty and not spicy enough. The flavor was not as good as before. We also ordered a single burger with everything on it. Once again, there wasn’t enough flavor with the beef. Not sure if they have done something with their recipes. Overall, there’s room for improvement.

Poor Service!
Staff member Mary became quickly and noticeably frustrated/aggravated as our order increased. Three times she interrupted me ordering saying “is that all?” She than began pounding on the counter. I ordered a mixed lemonade but She insisted that they don’t mix the lemonades at that location and the register doesn’t allow it. The manager came up and put it in stating “you know you didn’t need me”.
I paid for add ons that were missing
I specifically asked to upgrade the drink and fries on same meal for which I was charged for large but the drink was FILLED with ice and the fry was small. The actual amount of lemonade received equates to a small drink… The poor attitude, lack of customer service and total disregard or respect for me as a person or paying customer was so disgusting that I totally lost my appetite. But on top of that no straws, condiments or napkins
