This location does a fantastic job! We are very happy with our food and the staff. We live a few miles away, and are never let down when we come here. Last Thursday, we picked up several pizzas from here, including a special sparkle pizza for our girls. The pizzas looked great, tasted great, and our girls were thrilled! I would highly recommend this store. A+ service, quality, price, and beyond satisfied critics.

We have ordered from here several times while visiting family. Today we ordered from here accidentally, the manager Kylan, refunded our order even after they had made the food and we caught the error. We live 60 miles away and he was super understanding and didn’t give us any grief. We have loved the food, but their customer service today was above and beyond. They have secured a customer for life. Thanks again Kylan!

It had gotten too late to make dinner so I decided on pizza. I ordered on the app and used the deal for three 1 topping large pizzas for $26.99. I ordered two with two toppings, so we were charged a little more. We get Howies at work all the time and the pizza is amazing. This time / location was less than. It was like they were using my pies to save some money. There was large spots without cheese and the sauce was like they tried to spread one spoonful on all three pies because there was no spots where the sauce was more than rubbed into the crust. Kids said they thought it was bland. The good was the app said 55 minutes and the pizza was delivered in about 35. It was disappointing but we will try again some time.

Please do not expect great customer service. I ordered an XL pizza on 1/15/2024 and it was completely wet when I brought it home. I was told by the manager that was working that night that he would provide a credit on my account so that I can reorder a new 1 at a later date. As I was not able to drive back out there for a new pizza. I asked if he wanred me to bring pictures and he said no. But i had to put the entire pizza in the trash that night . I called back for my new pizza on 1/23 and the person that answered the phone. Michael stated that he did not see a credit. I told him to see who was working on January 15th as the manager and he said that they do paper schedules and there is no way to know because they are thrown away. So here I am. He made no effort to even put me on hold and ask the staff members (since they throw them away) no sense of customer service at all! So I guess it’s fine that I’m out of almost $30.00 for 1 pizza. How hard would it really be just to put a little effort to find out who gave me the credit. 0 credits

Always order here. Normally the eta is good. Lately the 20 min til order is ready has turned into an hour. Starting to feel like it’s becoming like the rest of the pizza places in town. If it’s 20 mins ok. If it’s an hour ok. Just give an accurate eta.

We love hungry howies north end. But lately they have been slacking and the quality as gone down. Multiple times we have gotten a pizza that just wasn’t cooked all the way through and just thrown together. The manager did compensate and gave a new pizza, that pizza wasnt great either. It seems like they just don’t care how the pizza is made anymore.

I just have to say i love this place and i have never had a complaint about this place untill today when we oder pizza and look how we got it. We are very disappointed because this has never happend i think the driver was irresponsible and way off his game today we are not happy with the service today and as much as we buy from here its a shame.

ordered a 24 well cooked wings (HOT). I went and picked up the wings up only to get home and have half cooked wings with sauce drizzled on the top. I then called and asked did it not read correctly in the system and how do I need to order them for future reference. He said that it showed up correctly so I asked why they looked like that and “he didn’t know” [the manager]. He then offered to re-cook them but i’ll need to bring them back up there basically so they can re heat the wings I’ve already took home. Will not be ordering from this location again but if you do double check the food before leaving.
