Food was very tasty (had the Loco Moco) and portion was quite large. Service was friendly and helpful. More of a take out location but there are tables to eat at outside in the plaza type area.

Great customer service. Ordered a mini chicken katsu and a big cup of water. Chicken was not over cooked and juicy. Though the breading was falling off. It was still good to eat. Nice portion amount. Super clean. Will be back.

2024 UPDATE: The past few orders we had was great. The manager seem to be in better moods and nicer. We seem to also notice newer workers. The food has been much better.
UPDATE: So I went to order a BBQ chicken bowl, the price went up as well. The lady then says that if I don’t want rice it will only have 2 pieces of broccoli and 1 chicken piece. It’s like you can’t try to have healthier choices. Broccoli isn’t even expensive too. Kapolei next to foodland has better customer service and food.
We always order here. Sometimes there is awesome customer service but we have been getting more and more bad customer service and attitude especially the one girl who works in the evening and the OWNER viewed in this picture is rude. The owner didn’t even know her own menu when I asked for a chicken bowl with all veggies and no rice. So apparently they don’t do the veggies with carrots no more and I still wanted to replace the rice with more veggies “broccoli”. This is how my $8.00 looked with no rice in a small bowl. To them they said that the bowl would have less broccoli if had rice. There is only like 4 pieces of broccoli and look how much chicken. Seriously $8.00. This is crazy. It isn’t a customer friendly place. I’ve been to other L&L with bowls better than this and not to mention great customer service.

I love L&L. I drive from Nanakuli to the Waianae location. I ordered jumbo drink and garlic shrimp plate. Good service, great prices, outdoor seating, close to beach.

They have a nice mix of local and Chinese plates. They are very generous with their servings quick on orders. I had a mochiko chicken plate, it’s very different from your usual mochiko chicken. It’s almost the same batter as say an orange chicken. Tangy sauce served separately.

Good food but there only downfall is I tried multiple times on a bunch of different days to try & call this place to do a phone order yet no matter how many times I try to reach them they never do awnser I wait 5 min try call again still no awnser, they need to work on there phone order side or js don’t accept phone orders at all get there number big on top window n no awnser, asked a employee how come n they say there busy but no can be so busy all the time that they js no pickup

Although their food is good, the customer service is awful. Called both of their numbers numerous times around 8:15/8:20pm, line was busy. Figured they were just busy so I kept calling. Then someone picked up, and she says “hi how can I help you” I proceed to ask to make a phone order and then there was silence. Thought phone disconnected. Called back again, and I got busy tones. 8:28pm my husband calls from his phone and someone answers. He says he wants to do a phone order, and same girl says “sorry we already closed the kitchen” before he could even ask if they had anything left that doesn’t require cooking on the grill, she hung up on him! Very rude. I understand people want to leave work on time to go home, but if your hours clearly state “closes at 9pm” then they should be closing the kitchen and store at 9pm so the staff can leave by 9:30. Not close half hour prior to their actual closing time so they leave at 9pm. Makes no sense. Even if the staff is cleaning for “half an hour” what’s the point of keeping the “open” sign still on if customers can’t order anything?

Nanakuli L&L Drive Inn got the best Loco Moco, Hamburger Steak, Chicken Katsu, Chicken Cutlet Mini plates or regular plates on the West Side of Oahu. 😉
