the store is cramped, when you go there not a single employee even acknowledges your existence. there’s been multiple times i’ve gone there and they just simply don’t follow instructions. i ordered on doordash tonight, 3 out of 4 of my total items were either missing or incorrect. 2 shortis and i received a junior for one of them. i received the wrong flavor chips i ordered and one of my sugar wafers were just completely missing from the order all together. and that’s just tonight. don’t even get me started on how frequently something like this happens. i’ve learned my lesson, i won’t be coming back to this wawa. i think y’all should follow suit.
p.s. it even just LOOKS unappetizing

My wife and I love the morning crew, we always get iced lattes or espressos and they are always made with perfection and in good time. We typically show up around 4am-2pm depending on the day. They are so kind as well. We want to give a personal shout out to Morgan, Mikayla, Justin, & julie for how awesome they are and how good our food and drinks always come out!

This the best Wawa’s in all of Pennsylvania hands down! The food and drinks are super tasty! They tons of fuel pumps, Tesla charging stations, free air pumps (2), propane, a bags of ice! I LOVE the staff here because they are helpful, friendly, and make me feel like a vip every time I walk in! The store and restrooms are always clean! The best thing is that you get that same service no matter what time of day or night!! ❤️ Jim and Justin ( managers) are such awesome managers! I would be amiss if I didn’t call out the other super stars that work there… Zack, Allen, Andrew, Curtis, Chu, Sabreen, Justin W, Kay, Julie, Courtney, Jonathan, Reggie, Hoshi, Will, Baron, and Tahya! If you don’t have the best convenience store experience here, then I’m convinced the problem is YOU not the staff! They have community that loves and supports them 1000% OAN.. this is a free review, I am not sponsored in anyway! #wawa4life #theyrock

Out of Columbian Coffee Updates (I forgot what I promised ro do):
04JAN2026 at 8:50PM
18JAN2026 at 6:00PM

(Someone must have gotten the memo, as of 09FEB2026, so far so good)

To whom it may concern,

I made a vow to myself that if the local Wawa did not have Colombian coffee available during my evening visits, by the fifteenth occurrence I would begin contacting corporate each time it was out. Consider this me honoring that vow.

It has come to my attention that the “coffee card” dictating inventory and brewing has been adjusted such that only one carafe of Colombian coffee is maintained in the evening. I would like to offer calm, emotionally intelligent feedback, but doing so would likely fail to convey just how nonsensical this decision is.

It is, quite frankly, absolutely stupid to have only one Colombian coffee available at night at this location.

Far too often, employees become tied up producing specialty drinks, which I assume offer a favorable ROI. However, producing those drinks is a labor-intensive process: grabbing a cup, measuring and pouring ingredients, blending, transferring to cups, adding whipped cream, placing lids, and announcing the order. During the three to five minutes required for that process, an employee could easily start brewing another pot of coffee. Once started, they are then free for twelve to fifteen minutes to produce multiple specialty drinks, and when brewing completes, it takes roughly twenty seconds to swap carafes.

That single carafe of coffee would then yield approximately twenty-seven twenty-four ounce cups over a forty-five to sixty minute window, possibly longer.

As you know, hot coffee is self-serve, making margins on coffee sales extremely favorable. However, there is one unavoidable caveat: coffee must exist in order to be sold.

Unfortunately, the manager at the Summerdale / Enola, PA location appears not to understand this. I have raised this issue with him and several staff members on multiple occasions when Colombian coffee was unavailable, and each time it fell squarely on deaf ears.

You may find it useful to know that I am a customer who goes to Wawa specifically for the coffee. Everything else, snacks, drinks, impulse purchases, happens only because I made the trip for coffee in the first place. Otherwise, my family would not make a special trip to Wawa at all. Turkey Hill would get our business instead, as it is an equal distance and their ice cream cannot be beaten.

So here I am, informing corporate of a decision that either should already be known, or at the very least should be known by a regional manager or whoever thought it was reasonable to offer only one carafe of Colombian coffee in the evening. Once it is empty, customers are expected to wait twelve to fifteen minutes for another brew, despite the fact that brewed coffee can be poured from the carafe while new coffee is actively entering it. Even that basic operational point seems lost on staff.

At this point, I am tired of wasting both my time and my money. I have reverted to using my Keurig, as I did before this Wawa was built. And for the record, Wawa K-Cups are not the same.

Please fix this situation, or don’t. My wife would probably be thrilled if I stopped spending $2.70 twice a day, nearly every day. That roughly $1,900 a year, plus gas, would apparently be better spent at Bath and Body Works or something else she would enjoy.

Your call.

I recently stopped here, to use the restroom and buy a quick snack. Why is this Wawa lacking a dining area? A Major minus on their part! I honestly prefer either Sheetz or Rutter’s, as they have dining areas and tasty MTO…….get your act together Wawa!

When one places a curbside order there’s usually a reason behind it. No reason I waited 30 minutes for a curbside order for it to never come out. I could understand if they are busy.. no they weren’t. I went inside to check on my order to see why it isn’t done. No it was. My hot chocolate wasn’t hot chocolate anymore. My HOT wraps were cold. Lol. My order was just sitting on their kitchen counter with no intent to be brought out. I shouldn’t have to hound down my curbside order. Defeats the purpose of not having to come inside.

I love wawa. Super clean and food is great but I took away 1 star because I ordered a large soup which is already 5.99 and I got a small soup that wasn’t even filled up to the top. It was half empty. Please do better because I love your food and I’m kinda sad I got the wrong thing and basically overpaid.

It’s Christmas eve, was on my way home decided to stop at Wawa. I had never eaten here before and the first time was Disgusting. I picked chicken tenders and fries simple items. The chicken was a weird texture and just were nasty. I could only eat a few bites before tossing it in the Trash. The fries were inconsistent some were too soft and others were hard just overall a unpleasant visit and waste of my $10 dollars I won’t be eating here again. I was also passed my food across the pickup counter with no bag despite having no sitting area to eat. I had to ask for a bag on Christmas this is WaWa.

Stopped after work just for diesel fuel. Went through the process and stuck the nozzle in the fill point. Put the handle on low. I was waiting for it to click off but it never did. After it filled the tank diesel was shooting out the fill port and down the side of the truck creating a huge mess . I was not happy. Never had that happen at a regular gas station.
