Horrible, horrible customer service. Ordered sandwich thru Uber Eats and when my coworker went to eat it something tasted spoiled. Completely ruined her lunch break. Of course Uber Eats told us to directly call store which we did. A very nice lady called the manager or owner of that store who then proceeded to say that there was nothing wrong with sandwich. I guess I am not used to such horrible customer service. Her lunch was ruined. What would it have cost them to make a customer happy after ruining their lunch break maybe $3.00. All of us from Jem Med Spa will never order from this Subway again. DO BETTER!!!

My coworker ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats for her lunch. Her sandwich was completely inedible, as either the meat or toppings were spoiled and sour. We called and told the establishment about the issue, as it was not sitting well with us that our coworker was not able to eat anything during her lunch break. The employee had to call the owner of the establishment, and we were then called back. The employee reported that they were not able to offer to make her a new sandwich or offer any kind of compensation. We couldn’t believe that a million dollar corporation would not offer to at least make her a new sandwich. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Never will order here again.

Would give this place less stars if I could. Mobile ordered an Outlaw sub and apparently there’s a serving of the shaved steak on the sandwich. Literally had to dig through the lettuce and other toppings to even find any. $12 sandwich and it’s almost as if since I wasn’t there to witness the sandwich being made that they decided to stiff me on the steak. Won’t be returning in the future

This Subway is my go-to spot when everything else is closed. The guy on the late shift always hooks it up, super chill, remembers my order, and makes the subs fresh even when it’s close to closing time. Place is clean, quick, and honestly just reliable when you need it most. Appreciate the service every time.

This Subway location has great customer service. The workers are very kind. The ladies there always ask how I’m doing and I always leave in such a better mood due to their great spirits. I also love having no wait time. It’s always an in and out trip. I highly recommend coming here.

Hands-down, probably the best subway I’ve had in a very long time day I toasted my sandwich perfectly. The meat was awesome. The toppings were fresh. I was very impressed. The customer service was beyond amazing highly recommend.

Every single time I order a footlong #6 (The boss) online and pick it up they always try to give me a 6in instead and make an excuse that they misread the “6” as it being 6 inches instead of the #6 sandwich. It feels like they’re trying to scam me at this point. Still taste good though.
