The friendliest people work here, very polite and good conversation. Thank you Mandy and Jessica we had a great time. My only wish was that the beef came more rare on the Pho but the portion was very large!

I ordered delivery through door dash and was not disappointed! They included a free order of fried shrimp which was very kind! I ordered the short rib pho with extra meat and they def delivered! So much meat, and it was delicious! The broth is yummy as well! Next time I’ll take a trip in person to see if the food is just as good.

Not going to lie, the setup was a little confusing at first. It’s two restaurants in one, 32 Pho and Holy Crab. We were honestly a little hesitant to stay. How good could their food be if they don’t specialize in something? The answer, it turns out, is VERY good!

Well first of all, our waitress was fantastic, very kind, very attentive to my daughter’s allergy concerns, very engaging.

We ordered a couple of their pho bowls and they were really good. Lobster bisque was surprisingly great (we were recently in Maine and ngl, it was almost as good). Fried calamari was great. Garlic wings were excellent!

At the end of our meal the owner came around and chatted with us for a few minutes. Sincerely nice gentleman. I really enjoyed our meal here we will definitely be back!

The food was great however the service comes at a cost. I’ve never had a server wait for me to count out my tip then continue to haggle me for extra money after I’ve already given a generous cash tip. It’s rude and can make a customer feel uncomfortable especially if they’ve already tipped. Hire actual servers with actual people skills.

I was so impressed by this restaurant. I called them as soon as they opened and placed a very large order to be picked up in 1/2 hour. I was in a bind and needed the food quickly. They not only accommodated me but they were so nice about it and went out of their way to make it special. The food was absolutely delicious and they even threw in some freebies. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I typically am skeptical about low star reviews – usually i think that individual probably just had a bad experience at the restaurant…However the low star reviews on this pho are pretty accurate. This may be one of the worst Pho I have had.

The Pho 32 is part of the Holy Crab restaurant. The restaurant itself is quite nice and clean. Service was fine. I can’t speak to the cajun seafood, however the Pho is very lackluster. The portions are big, however the broth was very watered down and bland. There was a hint of the hearty-ness of a pho broth, however it was drowned in too much water. The noodles were a thicker vermicelli rice noodle that got soggy much quicker. They bring all the pho mixed together – onion, bean sprouts, lime, jalapeneo, already within the soup broth with the noodles. The onions they use are raw red onions which completely overwhelm the pho with the sharp raw onion taste – which is different from the white onions normally used.

Overall the Pho was 1 star, but the service and restaurant ambiance were fine. Maybe try the seafood, but avoid the pho.

I am not Vietnamese but I am big fan of Vietnamese foods. There are multiple outstanding Pho places in the NY city. Best place for Pho in the U.S. is probably the Viet town near DC (Seven Corners VA).

I ordered from this place for a work dinner (Uber eat). I was shocked when I got the food — it was not remotely Vietnamese. The food wasn’t cook by Vietnamese which was fine. My point is if you want to make $$ by opening a restaurant of a specific cuisine, shouldn’t you make some effort to learn that cuisine? The fried spring roll was so sloppy it looked and tasted nothing like Vietnamese spring roll. The beef pho was equally off. The restaurant didn’t care to use the right ingrediencies at all.

I always only give positive review. I guess this is an obvious exception. Couldn’t help!

This place has my fav pho broth in Westchester. Their short rib pho is spot on and something I crave a ton. I love that this is a canton speaking business and the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. The seating is open and airy with high ceilings and great for groups. The parking is a bit of a challenge, but worth the hassle.

Id give this place no stars if possible. I tried to pick up my order and the old asian man said go over there leave me alone dont bother me and then told me that my order wasnt ready yet even though it said it was on the app. Very rude and unprofessional service with the worst parking in white plains. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
