My husband and I travel nationwide merchandising so eating at different places is nice anyway I gave up on kfc until I came across this one they need a raise from customer service in front to the skins texture of crisp season just right portion size adequate and every employee was taking pride in their job

Food was not fresh. My children was not hot. My mashed potatoes didn’t have gray on them and my coleslaw was dry and biscuit was not fresh. Had 3 piece crispy… barely had a leg.. I wa not at all satisfied.

Hello, I am a concerned customer who is very concerned about the customer service at the KFC in Clarkdale. It is common courtesy to be polite to all customers. However, the staff does need professional development in how customers are to be addressed and treated. Having said, plain English will do; knowing how to speak with customers( good afternoon, good evening etc). It’s very sad to employ people who don’t want to work. Needless to say, attitude is everything to keep the establishment opened. It is hoped this will be corrected and if not your company may lose its business and customers. Perhaps , those employees who are working the window should be fired… very poor service! Thus, this company is opened because of the customers who spend money on a daily basis. Please note, there is much needed improvement in the areas of customer service at the Clarksdale Branch. Where is the integrity of these employees?

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 4-5 minutes, no one greeted us and they did not respond when we said hello. We decided to drive to the window assuming their speaker was down. We waited another 2 minutes in line and when we finally got to the window and placed our order, which was just one order of mashed potatoes, the worker went to her manager and was gone for another 2 minutes. In that time they could have served us, they said we would have to drive back thru the drive thru to be served. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would not trust them to make food for a stray dog.
