The first time I came here my experience was great however I came back the next day and the young lady Nathaly working absolutely refused to give me a big mania plain I explained I just got this same thing yesterday she told me no she won’t do it you guys need to train your employees to give better service you can’t force anyone to get something they do not want when asked to speak to the manager there was not one present which means there is no accountability and the employee do what they want.
