I had never seen this place before and when I saw it said Burrito Monster how could I not stop!?!?!?
I ordered the grande burrito (of course I did) with Chicken and another one with added vegetables. A little rabbit food is good for you. They were both excellent! Fresh and flavorful. The tortillas were my favorite type…. it was a good experience! I’m by the place every few weeks and I’ll definitely stopping back by. I wish I would have tried their tacos too…. next time for sure!!
My only suggestion would to offer a homemade salsa. I would volunteer mine if needed. It would make a big difference!

The food is okay. It is moderately flavorful. I ordered a shrimp grande burrito. It was very big, but mostly filled with beans and rice with just a few pieces of shrimp. You get a lot of food for the price, but it’s not worth it in my opinion since you are filling up on these cheaper ingredients. The food was ready very fast as it’s probably previously cooked.

Great value, food, and service. We regularly order delivery and they are incredibly fast. Twice we’ve gotten our orders within 10 minutes of calling and the food is always hot and fresh (granted we live pretty close but man that’s still insanely fast). Also get a good amount of food for only $11. 10/10 would recommend.

I love burrito monster. Their prices are very fair, the service is quick. If you are looking for authentic mexican, this is probably not the place. However, I have traveled to many countries in the world, sampled many foods, high class and low, and I continue to dine here regularly. The food is consistently fresh. Also props for keeping Valley Stream business alive.

I ordered once from this establishment, and I will never order from here again. The food is not good at all. My shrimp burrito tasted like fried chicken. And it was gross. Go to a real authentic Mexican restaurant because this one is definitely not it.

Love their Monster platter with chicken and steak over Spanish rice/beans and salad. Try adding the El Yucateco green sauce on this platter and order some extra tortillas on the side. Comes only with 1.

Wow I’m surprised I’m not the only one who’s experienced horrible customer service. First they got my order wrong, I ordered spicy buffalo wings and received spicy BBQ. When I called back the lady was rude and said I did order it when I know for sure I didn’t because I had to repeat my order twice for her in the first place. What’s crazy is that I have ordered from this place a couple times before and have never had an issue like this. They denied any exchange or refund before I even asked and it was their mistake. Definetly not ordering again after that.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very fast service. He accommodated my room temp water request and even let me est some if the food i ordered to go inside when it came up quicker than i anticipated :):) the burrito was very filling and delicious. Got the grande with steak
