Came on a Friday night for a date. Got seated immediately and given a menu. But it took 15 mins until someone finally took our order.
There’s a bell on the table, but nothing happens when pressed. We had to flag down the server when they were waiting on other tables.
We only did 2 rounds bcs it was very hard to flag down a server to take our order.
The sushi is amazing though. We did the premium ayce and the yellowtail sashimi is our favorite. Second best is the bay scallop sushi. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rolls were also good.
We did get a partially frozen salmon sashimi, but willing to overlook it.
For context, we came on a Friday after the snow storm. We assume the restaurant was short-staffed because of the storm.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. It was a great place to enjoy a nice meal with family.
We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely come back again!
The quality truly surprised me — fresh sashimi, well-balanced nigiri, and a great variety of signature and baked rolls. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, not rushed like many AYCE places. I also loved that they offer more than just sushi, including tempura, ramen, and udon, which makes it perfect for groups.
Happy Hour runs from 4:30–7:30 PM with 50% off drinks, which is an amazing deal and perfect for after-work dinners or date nights.
Great food, great value, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re craving sushi in Plano or Dallas, Masuki Sushi is absolutely worth a visit.
If you like to eat the various types of rolls then this place is for you. They have a wide selection of various roll combinations. That is probably their specialty.
I also do not have a big appetite so that is another reason this isn’t a place for me. However if you can eat a lot and love rolls then give this place a try.
I ordered ramen and a few sushi rolls, and both were incredible. The ramen broth was rich, creamy, and full of flavor without being too heavy. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the pork was tender and juicy. You can really tell they take their time with the broth.
The sushi was just as impressive. The fish was fresh, buttery, and beautifully cut. The rolls were balanced, not overloaded with rice, and the crispy garlic on top added such a unique and delicious touch. Every bite tasted clean and high quality.
Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh. It’s hard to find a place that does both ramen and sushi this well, but they nailed it.
Definitely one of my new favorite spots. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. 10/10 experience!
Excellent sushi quality, tons of variety, and a warm izakaya-style atmosphere.
Perfect for groups and kids, too.
The Korean manager was exceptionally kind and attentive—the genuine hospitality at its best.
Don’t miss the house Sake, it’s a must-try!
If you’re in the Frisco/Plano area, this place is a must-try.
I finally hit up Masuki Sushi PREMIUM AYCE and wow… let me tell ya, it was SUCH a vibe.
i had seen all these hype reviews in the Korean community, and every time I went to the hospital or H-Mart nearby, I kept thinking, “Is this sushi really that good? Is it worth it?”
At first, I was low-key scared bc it’s pricier than your typical AYCE spots and their sushi selection isn’t huge.
I was like, if it’s not good… I’m about to have a really sad, expensive sushi experience Plus, I had seen some meh reviews floating around, so I was super hesitant.
BUT y’all… we finished our appointments, were walking down the stairs, and there it was. I was like, okay, let’s just go for it. We grabbed breakfast/lunch, and even tho it was 11am, we had to pay the dinner price bc it was the weekend. Totally unexpected, but whatevs, we were curious.
And oh my god, the staff and the owner were SO polite and welcoming Not even a long wait for the food, everything super fresh. The nigiri had a mix of big rice ones (ugh, not my fave) and smaller ones, but honestly, I still loved it
We went with the regular option and honestly? Not bad at all.
So a few days later, I went back solo and got the premium option this time. I felt a little weird going alone, but the owner and staff were like, “Girl, don’t worry! You can come anytime alone!” They were so sweet and made me feel super comfy.
I legit stuffed myself with all the nigiri I could handle, and the servers kept checking in, making sure my plate never ran dry
They were so kind, I felt like a VIP. No cap, if I get the chance, I’m totally coming back.
Honestly, I just hope this place never changes.
I did a pickup order so that I can see the place, and it’s very nice inside. There is a small bar, but not a sushi bar to sit at and eat. They have some all you can eat specials for lunch and dinner inside. I’m a little disappointed in the pricing structure for my order, but I may try them again.
We got the regular dinner ayce. My favorites were the tonkatsu ramen, seared tuna/salmon, and the tuna tower. HM: the hand battered mayo shrimp.
Seating was private with a calm environment and wonderful staff. The location did recently acquire new management and is worth trying out!
I definitely recommend dining in for the full experience.
