We normally go to this one for the last 6 months since Palmer and bondsville have been kind of iffy. Today they messed up my order. They put the wrong items for the sandwiches reversed onto different breads (messed up a croissant and a bagel). They also messed up my coffee. A very easy coffee to make compared to other people can order. Update: 10/12/25:
Today I gave it a last shot for lunch. They made my coffee wrong. Ordered decaf they gave me regular, can’t have regular cause of medical issue with large amounts of caffeine. They put a sign on their window also that said that their equipment apparently has had contact with shellfish. Which I don’t know where they’re doing shellfish at the Dunkin. After waiting 10 minutes with an empty lobby for two sandwiches, we ended up leaving giving away the sandwiches to somebody else because I’m allergic to shellfish and I’m not going to risk going into anaphylactic and we ended up throwing out the coffee. All around my last visit there.

I recently went to this dunkin and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin. waited 10+ minutes in the drive thru even though i was the only one in line but no biggie. I get my order and they’re usually piping hot so i waited a few minutes to eat it and i take a bite…ice cold, muffin not toasted, cheese was never melted…they never heated it up at all… honestly one of the most disgusting things i’ve ever had and in my life i have never had to ask for a BEC to be toasted/hot?? i waited 10+ mins and they didn’t heat it up? word of caution to ask for things that are supposed to be hot heated if you come here…

Went to this location not too long ago and first thing I noticed was how messy it looked behind the counter where the employees were standing. I ended up ordering a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, an avocado toast and a frozen coffee. Everything seemed good until I bit into the sandwich and noticed the bacon tasted odd and chewy. I was so hungry I ate it anyways and soon after I started getting this aweful stomach pain that just seemed to get worse and worse until I started vomiting nonstop the rest of the day. That was all I had eaten that whole day so I knew that I had contracted food poisoning from that food I ordered. 2 days after when I was finally feeling a little better I called to put in the complaint to the manager, he apologized and took note of what happened but never offered a discount or anything. I don’t think i’ll be going there again.

Used to be my favorite dunkins, really friendly service over the summer months and hardly ever messed up an order. The last couple times I’ve gone though, it seems like service has gone downhill. The most recent order I placed was really poorly put together, and both my coffee and sandwich were wrong, despite my receipt being accurate. On top of that, the cashier was pretty unfriendly, especially compared to some of the employees who had taken my order previously. Hoping the last few botched orders were just isolated incidents, but for now I’ll be headed to the dunkins in Ware.

We have arrived at this Dunkin donuts with our 15$ reusable cups from Dunkin donuts. Unfortunately an employee named Skyler refused to use them for our coffees despite our insistance. We then had to pour out the coffee from the single use plastic cups into the expensive reusable containers ourselves. We’ve never had the reusable Dunkin cups refused to be used at Dunkin. The attitude the employees of this franchise is as poor as their respect for the environment.

Very pleased with my past visits here. I like that the staff doesn’t interrupt or rush customers when ordering at drive thru, like many other Dunkin’ locations. Accuracy on point. Great service. Clean, comfortable environment. Employees seem energetic, enthusiastic & work well together as a team. I would certainly recommend this Dunkin’ for fast, friendly service. Restrooms were clean also. No complaints yet.

Horrible location. Love Dunkin’s and I’ve worked for some rough locations but this one needs help. never do walk in orders. Took 20 minutes for a wrap and a coffee. They’re understaffed And need better management there. Take 6 people through the drive thru before they could even come back with someone’s change. Morning shift always has an attitude. Watered down late cuz he brews 2 espressos in a plastic cup over the ice. Never doing mobile pay because they held my phone as hostage when I threatened to take my money elsewhere. Really do hope they do something cuz this location used to be great
