I gave it five stars only because I am from Chicago and Portillo’s is a Chicago staple for Italian beef and hot dogs. The burgers are fantastic and the chocolate cake is literally some of the best cake ever. I travel back to Chicago two or three times a year to visit family and my first stop after the airport is always Portillo’s. Im ready for it to be open.
