This review is a bit challenging for me to write. I’ve visited aRoma Joe’s in Newport, New Hampshire, several times and have experienced average service. Sometimes, places can be hit or miss, and I was hoping for more consistency here. Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing, especially regarding customer service.
I ordered a hot tea to go, and it arrived boiling hot. The teabag, along with its paper tag, was fully submerged in the cup, making it impossible for me to remove it on the go. By the time the tea cooled down enough for me to fish it out, it had steeped too long and become too dark to drink. Everyone has their own preference for how they like their tea, and the paper tag had actually melted into my cup, which was very frustrating.
Given the high prices, I felt let down, especially since I was thirsty and needed that tea at the time. I ended up having to buy another drink from a competitor to make up for the disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to speak with management about the issue when I received my tea, and now I’m uncertain if I will return in the future.

Cheaper than Starbucks, with more options. Never had an order messed up. Staff is always amazingly polite and helpful. They’re really good at giving drink ideas with great flavor combos.

I love Aroma Joe’s… They have the best Customer Service around my area that is a coffee shop! I always go there at least once a day, depends on the day I am having I will go there twice… I enjoy my Ajs Rush Watermelon, that’s my main drink, I have tried multiple different flavors at least a new one every day… The employees always welcome me with a great smile and treat me as part of there family.. I have been visiting here for a couple of years now, and I have gone back and forth between other coffee shops and this one. The reason I keep coming back is the coffee is always consistently well made and the customer service is top notch. I have never had a coffee made improperly whereas other popular coffee places nearby frequently botch my order. Can’t recommend enough.

4 days a week I order a large hot black with 3 ice cubes haven’t had a bad cup yet. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, never on there phone, never ignore you, and never appear to be on crack like some other coffee drive thru’s we know. All and all no complaints in 2 years.
