I love Argentinian food and this place only added to my obsession.

The staff was so welcoming, the chefs were amazing, and the food was delicious!

Our server Alex was the perfect amount of attentive!!!!!! I absolutely love servers that know that “sweet spot” and it’s hard to find the ones that know their job this well!

Please come try this place for yourself… A buffet style grille so you can try all different kinds of things (and a bottle of wine, beer, or soda comes included in their inclusive style pricing).

The grill is a legend 🙂 we did not expect it would be so nice! Good price to value, tasty food, chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. Window views are also nice, although interior could be refreshed and more cozy. It looks like a great place for some family events and friends gatherings.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Nestor, who was our server. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He explained everything on the menu so clearly and made great recommendations on the sides they have back in the kitchen.

We ordered a watermelon juice, and it was exactly what we needed, so fresh and refreshing, especially while being on vacation. Nestor’s attention to detail and the way he took care of us truly made our visit special.

If you come here, ask for Nestor! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience.

I went with my wife for Valentine’s Day with a reservation. The waiter immediately told us that the price was increasing to $67 due Valentine’s Day , I asked him if there was anything special on the menu that night and he said some extra new cuts of meat . After the salad bar , we went to the steak section which was a huge line and they only had picanna and some cuadril , that was all . I ask the grill crew if they had skirt steak , filet mignon, beef ribs and they didn’t have none of that, also they told me that they had the same meats as any other day so the waiter lied to us. They say because of so many people they didn’t have enough meat . That’s unacceptable and misleading from management to raise the prices for because of Valentine’s, on top of that there was nothing offered extra to excuse the price raise when the grill only had 2 cuts of meat. Really disappointed after being a loyal customer since The Knife for almost 10 years . I will not recommend this place anymore and it’s sad that greedy owners they take advantage to raise prices just because the occasion. We spend almost $200 for a mediocre meal.

Look at the meats before dining there. They hide it in the back of the restaurant and they were very dry and had low end meat selections, Like intestines, blood sausage, pork sausage. Now Argentinans might eat that not sure. Was told 50.00 per person by the greeter and 55.00 by the waiter. Geez ordered bread pudding it was served at maybe 43 degrees left it on the table after one bite.
This food critic and restaurant owner scores it a 2 out of 10. If you ever walk into any restaurant at 6:30 pm and there is only one table….RUN.
Cannot recommend.

Amazing experience from start to finish!
From the moment I walked in, I loved both the service and the food. Manager Rosa was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Our servers, Nestor and Daphnne, were attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything. I had visited this place before when it was called The Knife, and now that it’s Rodeo Grill, the quality of the meats is even better. Excellent Argentinian steak buffet—highly recommended!

Rodeo Argentinian Grill – Review
“Went looking for a restroom… found a restaurant.”

I wandered into Rodeo Argentinian Grill by accident—mall restrooms were closed, and necessity pushed me up to the second floor. What actually pulled me the rest of the way was the unmistakable aroma of seared meat drifting through the air. That’s how I ended up at Bayside’s Rodeo Argentinian Grill.

The Grillmasters
Argentinian grilling hits different. Instead of the Brazilian rodizio rotation, the meats here rest over an indirect flame, waiting for you to point out your cut. Once you choose, the grillmasters finish it to your liking. Simple, rustic, and very on‑brand for the cuisine.

The Atmosphere
Soft music, intimate energy, and a steady flow of tourists weaving through conversations. From the second‑floor perch overlooking Pier 5, the space feels like a quiet pocket tucked inside the chaos of Bayside.

The Service
It was Lent, lunch hour, and the dining room was nearly empty. The food itself was decent, but the service lagged. We had to flag someone down more than once just for refills. And while it’s an Argentinian restaurant, Spanish wasn’t just the preferred language—it was the only language that seemed to get traction, which made communication tougher than it needed to be.

The Patrons & The Policy
There is a dress code, and they enforce it. They’ll turn guests away if they don’t meet what they consider their “standard.” With a mix of tourists, language barriers, and hungry people just trying to eat, that rigidity can create friction. I came as I was, saw what I needed to see, and left the same way.

Rodeo Argentinian Grill wasn’t the destination I planne but it became a story worth noting.

I’ve been going to Knife for 15 years or maybe more. I started at Coconut Grove, then Doral, and now from few months here in Bayside (now Rodeo Grill). The meat is excellent, but the service is poor. The waitress was not very professional during dinner, but the worst happened when we were living , the two employees at the door didn’t even say hello or thank us.
