My boyfriend picked up food for us and the kids. Got home and realized items were missing (two fiesta potatoe bowls), called and they said he needed to drive back up there with the food in order to get it refunded. My kids were already eating their food and I’ve worked in fast food before. They know they didn’t give them to us, it’s been 10 minutes since he left there. It’s also snowy and dark outside, of course he doesn’t want to turn around and go back to the restaurant.

Here we go again October 8th 2025 read below for previous one Stars still a one-star worker directly outside entrance smoking small cigar stinking up the whole entrance area went in manager in the back sitting down looking at phone other workers just standing around doing nothing I actually had to announce loudly that I was waiting for my order finally got it brought it out to the car spilled pop because they overfilled it and didn’t put the lid on good this place is crap Taco bells go but forced to use it to save time so I don’t have to drive somewhere else
I went to this Taco Bell is a delivery driver and they wouldn’t let me use I don’t know what the hell they’re thinking like they’re in the middle of covid or something and even only the worst restaurants wouldn’t let a delivery driver use the restroom after all we are delivering to their customer and they want me to place an order I had to rush down the road to the other Taco Bell at University of is open I understand the East is rough but when a delivery driver wants to use the restroom even though just two weeks prior another person did let me use the restroom there is just ridiculous……… STILL CRAPPY SERVICE WATCH MORE THAN 12 CARS GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU BEFORE THEY GAVE ME MY ORDER THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP!!!!!

They literally forget my chips n cheese everytime. I ordered two chips n cheese once and they gave me one….My food is always cold by time I get home and I don’t live far. Id rather go to a further location. I’ve contacted corporate before and never received a follow up, what happened to your customer service?

Excellent trip to the Bell today! I had to get the limited time return of the Beefy Crunch Burrito. It was delicious and well worth the wait! They actually gave me the amount of sauces I requested! Yes I only want one sauce per item! Pepsi is Pepsi! Speedy service for a work lunch!

I go to Taco Bell more often than I should and the staff is always so kind. Their attitudes are truly the best out of all the fast food places I visit. Food is hot and fresh more often than not. If there’s ever an issue, they will happily fix it.

Wish I could take their stars. Restaurant actively ignoring instructions putting customers at risk.Highly allergic to tomatoes #5 arrived without the taco COVERED in beans which I hate and tomatoes. Very glad I saw them or I would be vomiting. This location is the absolute worst how they are open is amazing. Call the store no one answers or ask for corporate information they get defensive.
