First time, Food was pretty good, had the lasagna with saute spinach on side. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The place is quite small, being the tables are all very close. It was pretty tight getting to our chair without disturbing the person behind us. The tables around were pretty close so the volume in the restaurant was high with all the people., other then that it was a pleasant experience.

Very disappointing!! I have eaten at this restaurant for years when I am visiting Palm Desert. Had dinner here the other night and it was terrible. The minestrone soup was not minestrone soup rather clear broth with a bunch of peas and other veggies…I was shocked and sent it back. The Papardelle Bolognese was salty as hell and the tiramisu was frozen throughout the middle. This restaurant has gone terribly downhill! I also was sick once I got home from the food. Will never eat here again!!

My family dined there once again. Everybody seemed to enjoy their meal. Servicecwas excellent although the table I reserved (twice) was not set up for us, so we waited around. I do wish they used tablecloths. For 5 people and only two alcoholic bevvies , the bill came to $245. Unfortunately the table I picked was in front of the dumpsters so I could smell garbage thru dinner. But the service was great. Very nice people.

This is the third time dining here and first review. My first time here was a few years ago and from what I recall the food was AMAZING. This time not so much. It was “ok.” The restaurant is small and tables are set very close together. It was cold outside so everyone dined it side making it very warm and muggy inside and uncomfortable. The wine list is somewhat mediocre with California wines dominating the list even though this is an Italian restaurant. The garlic bread with cheese was okay, doughy and the cheese was crisped. The oddest thing for me was the plating and delivery of the food. I had chicken piccata which was flavorful in a wine and lemon sauce but they plated it with penne in a red sauce????? So odd!!! I scooped it off onto its own plate as visually it was unappealing. Overall I’d say the quality wasn’t as good as a few years ago and I think they should ask the customer what type of pasta they want and if they want it in a red sauce when the protein is in a white sauce. I didn’t capture the initial delivery of the chicken in a picture as I quickly separated it unfortunately. The tomato basil sauce was “okay” as well not remarkable. For three entrees, one app, one side of sausage and 2 glasses of wine it came to $97 plus tip.

I had a great time at Le Donne Cucina! We started off with calamari and it was really good. It was cooked perfectly. They also brought out bread and it was nice, hot, and fresh!
Besides that, my main was the bolognese pasta. It was ok but nothing special. I feel like it was too salty but I wasn’t a huge fan of it. I would’ve preferred a red base instead of just the meat.
Overall – had a great experience and would love to come back!

A bit loud and close for me. Reminiscent of Arthur Avenue in the Italian area of Bronx/Fordham NY. Exceptionally good fresh food in a noisy family environment. No worries…eat outside !!!❤️ delicious

I’ve been here a good amount of times. First 2 were amazing and the last one really left me disappointed. Starting off with the server and greeters in the front having an attitude and were not professional, I didn’t feel satisfied. The server barley came to our table to check on us and our food. I don’t know what happened with the food but the Alfredo tasted very bland. The food didn’t satisfy us. Don’t think I’d come back..
