You know I was a little unsure before I ordered if melty was going to be any good but as a fan of cheese I figured I’d give it a go, but holy God can they miss the mark.
It’s not that they missed the mark on cheese, but the quality of meat is equivalent to that of a hospital cafeteria. It literally tastes like the meat patties that have been sitting out that come pre grilled with the fake injected smoke flavor and they just need reheated. I cannot emphasize enough how trash of a Patty this was. Did I mention it tastes like frozen garbage? They are 100% just cheap frozen 75/25 patties that are reheated, 1000%
The fries are pretty solid offer with good seasoning, but 3.50 wasn’t the best value
This will be the first and absolutely the last time I will be going here. For $14 I expected a burger that didn’t absolutely suck, but I would have sooner gone to McDonald’s and gotten a $1 mc value menu Burger, and would have been much more impressed with the quality.
I asked for a refund, and happily on the burger and the happily obliged. This is clearly a grilled cheese place with meat being a complete afterthought. If the burger was $4, I wouldn’t have so annoyed, but given that it was 9.99, it was a full stop, hard, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

I got the turkey bacon avocado melt and I loved my sandwich! I also grabbed some tater tots to share with my daughter and they were delicious! They had a garlicky flavor that I love! I felt like the large was the perfect shareable size.
My only complaint would be that the sandwich is messy, but luckily they have napkins 🙂

I almost never leave reviews, but this was bad enough that people need to know. My family and I went to the mall for a simple dinner and I chose Melty. I ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich with loaded tots and paid $20 for it. For that price, I expected quality. What I got was completely unacceptable.
After waiting way too long, I finally got my food. The sandwich tasted off not fresh, not right but I brushed it off. Big mistake. About an hour later, the nausea hit hard. My stomach started cramping and twisting, and I spent most of the night fighting the urge to throw up. It was miserable. The next morning, I am still sick to my stomach.
This was the only thing I had eaten. I felt perfectly fine beforehand. Something was clearly wrong with that food. No one should pay $20 to get sick.

I really want to appreciate that pretty brown girl with glasses. My dad goes there every morning for sandwiches, and on Monday there wasn’t enough balance on his card. She went inside, brought her own card, and paid the remaining amount. Such a kind and nice person. And later on gave my dad one cookie my dad really got emotional while explaining me all this

First of all, ANDREW or the young kid at the front was great at taking orders fast and very friendly. But the girl that has a RBF in the back Massiel, she SHOULD NOT BE assistant manager or whatever. I ordered two sandwiches and i asked for two sides of ketchup (2oz) and she only gave me one, asking if i had money to pay. I am very offended by her comment. And i will never come here again, they need Andrew to be the assistant manager. Not her. She does not know how to even smile. If she doesn’t like her job. She should not be there…. Very very dissatisfied. That was racial profiling!!!!!

This establishment did not meet expectations. The spicy chicken sandwich lacked the advertised spice, the chicken’s texture was unappetizingly chewy, and the cheese was notably absent. Furthermore, the service provided by the counter staff was unsatisfactory. This experience represented a significant financial loss For me.

I used to come here a lot when i worked at the mall and it was okay for a mall lunch. Came again today with my partner and paid $42 for two sandwiches with small sides and a small drink. I got the chicken parm and it was okay, but i feel like it was a little dry, and i feel like there could have been more to the side. i got loaded tots and it was just melted cheese and a few green onions on top. My partner got the Patty Melt and he said that the patty was “mediocre” at best. I don’t think the sandwiches were worth the $20 we paid for them each.

I just had the Turkey Avocado melt on gluten free bread and dipped it in their melts sauce and it was surprisingly the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in years! The service was great and my order was done well under 5 minutes. I wish I had snapped a photo but I know I will next time!

The customer service here was so warm and friendly! We ordered a french dip to share and it was absolutely delectable! It was so good I forgot to take a picture, but just picture the cheese pull being at least an inch long from mouth to sammich! The mac and cheese fried bites with a rich tomato soup dip was to die for! Highly recommended by me and mine!
