We were not greeted when walking in and just assumed to seat ourselves. After 10 minutes our drink orders were taken, drinks were brought out and at that time we were told they’ll be back for our order. After sitting there another 40 minutes and not even being checked on or our orders taken, my fiance went to the bar and waited for another 5-10 minutes just wanting to pay for our drink so we can leave. We understand it was a busy time/day, but communication is key and there was not any. It’s pretty annoying to be in a restaurant for 1 hour and only receiving our drinks.

Food has been cooked in old grease, or the grill wasn’t cleaned on multiple occasions. I gave them several chances, as everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately no improvement, and it had become common place, so i no longer do business with them. They have also become extremely overpriced on all their food and drinks. Needless to say, it was very disappointing as the establishment used to be fantastic. They could do better, but until the incompetent management and owner make the required changes, the establishment will continue to go downhill.
