I only eat at Chipotle when they have the special Carne Asada because the chicken isn’t great. Sometimes the Carne Asada meat is good but other times it is fatty and doesn’t have a ton of flavor for some reason. One issue is that the meat portion sizes vary from employee to employee. I wish they used a measuring scoop for the meat so you get what you are supposed to get. This location is pretty good about having most items in stock, but if they are out of an item I want, I am not happy. If I have stood in line for a few minutes and they are out of any item by the time I get up to order, they should fill my order from the “catering side.” I shouldn’t have to wait for brown rice, fajita veggies or pico.

It was quick and easy to order. He got my bowl put together fast and I didn’t have to wait at all. No line either. I got a steak bowl with chips on the side. The chips were great and the ingredients were very good with the correct temps. My only negative is the way the steak is cooked. I’ll get some pieces that are right at medium and very tender. I usually order medium rare when I order a steak elsewhere, but in the burrito bowl, medium is perfect. However, there’s still a lot of pieces that are well done and chewy/tough. Outside of those bites, everything else was great.

We arrived at 4:20 in the afternoon to place a take out order. The doors were locked. There was four employees in the store. An employee answered me knocking on the door and we were told that they were short staffed and only accepting online orders.
We said ok and was going to leave but then another employee pulled up and went inside. So, we approached again and asked for the manager. The manager would not come to the door but sent the same employee back to talk to us. We were then told that they were not even able to fill some of the online orders because all of the food bins were empty.
I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate store. Whichever it is, something needs to be done about the “management” of this location.

I’m getting so tired of being ripped off when ordering from doordash. My wife’s tacos hardly almost zero filling in them. A dash and I mean a dash of sour cream and like 2 little squares of lettuce and four pieces of meat. Ridiculous.
The bowl that I ordered with extra meat was missing the lettuce and there for sure was no extras meat in it. I’m sure you guys do this on purpose. Get better.

This place is DISGUSTING! We love Chipotle, and this location is the WORST experience we’ve ever had. The service was atrocious; the people at the counter were not paying attention to the customers and were giggling and talking to each other. Finally, one of them came to ask for our order and rolled her eyes whenever we asked for things like pinto beans, grilled veggies, and queso. All the workers were more interested in socializing with each other than working; they were out of a lot of protein and had a bad attitude toward the customers. The place was a complete mess and absolutely disgusting. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT???? It’s a total shame!

Extremely disappointed with this new location. Have been there a few times and the service is awful. We have been trying to cut them some slack as we understand they are in training but it’s no longer worth the money. The adult staff is more focused on flirting with each other and socializing than actually paying attention to what they are doing. We were charged for items we did not receive and are consistently receiving half scoops of guac (my favorite part!). Definitely not worth going, make the drive to the other side of town!!!
