so great here. here’s a picture of the iced matcha they do. pretty sweet, and mixed well (the milk, the matcha, and the sweetener they use).
i’ve tried a lot of matcha in my life, and this dunkin’ does a pretty good job at rivaling some of the better ones i’ve had. can’t complain.
i’m a regular here. every week, i always get a sec (sausage, egg, and cheese), and a medium iced matcha latte with which to pair, before flipping my laptop open to do some work. perfect combo, might i add. and, the environment is great for working: not too noisy, and lots of tables and OUTLETS, most importantly. can’t forget the outlets.

The same person who takes your order makes the food. Touches the food with no gloves after touching the register. All I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese & a small lite & sweet coffee but i barely got any cream cheese & the coffee taste burnt.

i came from canada to visit in Newyork. yesterday on my way to destination i took a coffee from here. environment ,this dunkin is very nice. this is a big dunkin with a lots of customers in the evening time but only one employee here.

The mobile order donuts were randomly put in the box and most of them were not even correctly prepared (no glaze, no sprinkles and what not. Anyone see 2 French Crullers in the box?). Not much of expectation from Dunkin stores in general but this place was one of the worst. Workers have no customer service mindset and they don’t even pick up the phone when I tried to reach them after finding the messed up order. Avoid this place.

The cashier barely spoke English, I ordered croissant egg and cheese but he gave me egg wraps. When he handed me the food I asked again is it croissant egg and cheese? He said “yes”. When i came out of the store and checked the food, it was egg wraps. I came back to explain it to him, he says “i told you it was egg wraps” which he never did. I want a refund but he didn’t give me the receipt.

I stopped in Dunkin’ Donuts for a quick sip before I hop on the train back to school. The cashier / drink maker didn’t even welcome me or give that hello .so I will know she is taking me order. The first Order she winged it I order a Caramel ice latte with cream sugar and whip. The girl forgets to add sugar. I gave it back to her and also the latte was milked down. She open the latte pours sugar in while the whip cream is falling out so I asked her can u pls make a new one. I ordered a medium mind u. The second one was just a mess all milk no coffee. It didn’t even reach the lid. Oh I forgot instead of sugar on the first one she added hazelnut swirl. Thats why I asked her to make a new one . So the second one is a mess but I have to catch my train so I take it . Then I’m so disgusted I throw it away. The I come back and I say i want my money back. I ask if there was a manger I can speak to and she says no. And I said r u serious. Mind u the manger is in the corner playing a game on his phone. So this is her, The manger gave me my money back, and this picture was taken when she realized she messed up. so don:t go to this dunkin donuts there is one on Bloomfield ave montclair by cvs that s much nicer
